A chain with a cult following, and we love it. We drove out of the way to hit this location and was not disappointed. A little run down but great, friendly service and food just like we remembered it. Even the sweet tea is good. Highly recommend stopping by here if you need a bit of nostalgia.

The young lady working the cash register was really nice she accidentally didn’t give me the right change back when I told her she went up to the manager and he looked at me and said don’t you know there’s a $4 charge just to walk in the building I said oh really. He really didn’t have a smile on his face it was like he was hateful just looking at me sort of weird but yeah. I should have got $9.90 back I got $5.90 back. The manager really needs to learn how to treat his customers with respect…

Have loved LJS fish since I was a child. Not many locations left in NY. Good service and food. One of our party was served super tiny shrimp, no where near the size represented by the pictures. Otherwise all was good. Little messy inside but not terrible. When the cashier got a moment to clean, he did.

I am so impressed with the customer service here! The staff truly went above and beyond to give us a good experience. I haven’t been to a Long John Silvers in years, and honestly the food brought back a lot of childhood memories. The building is a little rough around the edges, but don’t let that stop you from going in. The portion sizes are fantastic and *again* the customer service was simply amazing. I hadn’t eaten Long John Silver’s food in a long time due to the fact that I have had consistently unsatisfactory food (cold, greasy, scorched flavor, etc.) but I decided to give this location a chance.
I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the food was prepared and even more surprised by how good it tasted. It made me remember what good fish should taste like.
The staff was very helpful and professional and friendly.
I ordered my food at the drive-thru and ate in the parking lot. As I ate I began to notice that the condition of the building exterior was not great. Lots of repairs and some fresh paint would do wonders for this place and would make people want to stop in and see what they have been missing. Return customers would be happy to see that this iconic restaurant is still holding its own against the fierce competition.
I would recommend that everyone stop by for a taste. I came by at around noon which I think contributed to the fresh food. Stop by and remind yourself why we fell in love with Long John Silver’s in the first place!

Classic LJS building. Almost stepping back in time at this location. I love this restaurant. The food was excellent. Tried the new wraps and wasn’t disappointed. The staff was the friendliest I have ever come across in a LJS. You felt like family as soon as you walked in. Great service with the original nostalgic atmosphere. …and don’t forget to “ring the bell”, they deserve it.

I’m a commercial fisherman and for some reason even though I catch tons of fish I’ve always enjoyed going and getting some good ol Long John Silvers with my dad since I was a boy since my mother doesn’t eat fish.. I’ve been to many many Long John silver locations including Georgia Pennsylvania South Carolina and many in Florida and I can say this particular location is amazing and definitely deserves a five-star rating from me the staff was friendly the service was very quick everything was in order everything looked perfect not over greasy there was even a extra hush Puppy so they aren’t leaving their hush puppies laying around and getting old they are actually using them to make their customers happy which is a huge Plus nowadays and hard to find the chicken basket was only $6.99 and perfectly cooked not undercooked whatsoever and the battering was perfect 10 out of 10 I don’t think if I wished for it they could have made my order or my father’s order any better I will leave it at that so definitely definitely keep up the amazing work guys because I definitely noticed… You guys deserve a gift from corporate!! I’m top 5% in all of Google Reviewers so cheers to you guys and your hard work you put in for the company!!! I’ll be back again this month!!

A long time foodie and had never been in a long John silvers. This is not a Michelin star restaurant, how ever I love the concept and the simplicity of this. Fish, chicken, fries or a drink. Say how many you want and within seconds it hot and in your hands. Staff was fantastic. Very clean restaurant as well.
