LJS so disappointed. You really dropped the ball. My husband drove a half an hour there and half an hour back to bring me this almost inedible meal. Not even close to closing time. So I don’t know if they were left in fryer or been sitting awhile. But very very dark and extremely hard. Paid almost $8 for this and couldn’t even eat it.

Not good at all. Cashier told me to wait a minute. She was fixing her ponie tail. Just happened to look at my watch. Honestly, it was 4 1/2 minutes.
That’s quite a long time standing there watching her trying to fix her hair.
Finally, she said “OK, what do you want”? Not Good. She had terrible time entering order. Everything on board & register is marked. L1,L2,L3,etc..Not her fault I would say, she needs some TRAINING.
God Bless Her, she was trying.
Food was extremely very oily & greasy. By time I got home, bottom of bag was ready to fall apart. I used to Love their food & employees.
They closed in my town, so I drove 18 miles away to get meals for my Family.
Won’t do that again.

Stood there for 5 minutes before gotten waited on. To worried about drive ups. Food was cold, fries had more oil than my car. Wife ordered beef burrito supreme. Got beans and one small drop of sour cream on the end, also cold. Didn’t ate all thrown away. Sure won’t be back.

We went here because we don’t have one back home and my hubby loves them. We got there a few minutes before 11 am and was told they don’t start serving until 11. We had no problem with that and came back about 15 minutes later. They then proceeded to take our order and was told then that it would be 11:30 before they would be ready. We walked out. If you are to start serving at a certain time, then you should be ready by that time. They pulled the boy from off of cooking,, who clearly didn’t look like he knew how to run register, to take orders and told him not to sell anything he didn’t have ready.. Poor management on the store manager’s part. Will not go back again. If you want to eat here make sure it is well after the time they tell you that they start serving and maybe you might get some food.

My husband and I just ordered 2 fish combos thru the drive thru. What a waste of money!! The breading on the fish was extremely hard, it tasted like it had been triple fried or heated back up. The fries were gummy tasting and limp. The only good thing was the hush puppies. I’ve always enjoyed the fish from this place, but we will not be coming back. Don’t waste your money!!

Worst eating experience ive ever had! Fryers are not hot enough so the oil soaks into the food. They not only forgot to put fish in my meal but mess up the following 3 customers order. Coke machine has no ice or carbonation bathroom is worse that a truck stop and smells horrible! Grease covering the floor of the entire store so watch your step. Stomich is very upset 10min after eating. Ive never complained before about any dining experience, but absolutely do not eat here!!!

The food wasn’t fresh. The fries must have been out for a minute. The fish and shrimp was good for fast food. They have been out of cocktail sauce for month vendor related I assume, I understand. However, overall 4 star kind of 3 starish visit.

Was given all wrong food (shrimp instead of fish, L8) customer service was not acceptable from the whole crew on the line for the Long John’s side. I was told I ruined their beans (its also a taco bell) because I like mine hydrated and not crusty like the male night shift mangers attitude was. Female manager on that shift was a pleasure and was trying to run the place all herself. She did great and is an asset to your company.

They have decided since they are understaffed to just not serve Long John’s and only sell Tacobell. This is humiliating the brand and I am pretty sure in violation of their franchise license. We only go there because I like Taco bell and my Husband craves Long John silvers so then both aren’t an option… we left and won’t be going back. Not worth waiting in the line to find out if they are will to sell what they promise. Supply issues OK. Deciding one kind of customer will not be missed, not OK.
