12/4 Was in the area doing a lil shopping and decided to order some lunch/dinner since they were closest to where I was. I absolutely love Long John Silver’s, but there’s never been one in close proximity to me. So to get access and a good deal was a win-win. Not!! Got home only for me and Mom to eat kinda hard hush puppies, waffle fries basically were bricks and green beans with a hint of spice. A complete waste of time to order online and $13. A slap the face reminder of why I just rather cook at home or stick to the takeout that I have easy access to. Disappointing to say the least

I just wanted to say how pleased I am with the service at this location. It’s been a very long time since I’ve had Long John Silver’s, and today was just supposed to be a quick little lunch. However, the service I received from my server, La Miracle, was absolutely amazing! She made the experience so enjoyable that I will most definitely be coming back again.

DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!!!! 1. I went through the drive through and asked how much the 2 piece fish and fries basket was and was told it was $7.49. I proceeded to order 2 baskets. When I made it around to the payment window, she informed me that the price went up and that my total was now about $20. So I guess from the time I drove around until the time I made it to the window, which was about 30 seconds…. The price went up! OK no worries I switched my order a little because I could get more for that price. They then told me to pull around and park in the front of the restaurant and they would bring my food out FRESH!!! We waited for 20 minutes!!! Received the food went home only to find out that 1. My green beans were not in the bag 2. this food is nowhere Near fresh! It’s not even hot to the touch!!! I can’t even squeeze my hush puppies because they are so hard and old!!!!!!! I called and spoke with Bianca, the manager on duty, and she told me there is nothing she can do about the quality of my food!!!! She didn’t offer to remake it. She didn’t ask my name. She didn’t ask me if I wanted a refund!!!! This place has went downhill and there is no coming back from it. They should have remained closed! They need to train their employees in the area of customer service and empathy, especially when they are at fault!!! Per BIANCA the reason is because they have a new kid!!!! I’m DISGUSTED!!!!! Y’all look at this picture!!!! And that small ball is supposed to be a shrimp!!!! Look at how overcooked everything is!!!!

When I visited the location in Newan,Ga, I was taken care of by Makayla and she had such a positive attitude so yes she gets a 5* because she deserves it!!!!
The food was freshly cooked and it was so good I tried a bite before I left the parking lot and ended up eating most of my food there! The fish, chicken, hush puppies and fries were all fresh and delicious!!!
I asked Makayla about the sauce and she recommended sweet and sour and I will now eat it only!!!!!! Such a Great Experience!!!! I actually called my daughter and told her I’m taking her to dinner Wednesday!!!!

went in there to get some lunch and my food was warm at best and the fish not cooked properly. It should have been tossed instead of serving it.
Also the building and bathrooms needs some air fresheners in general. The young girl that helped me was very pleasant but the other employees there didn’t seem to interested in hreeetinf their customer.

Genuine Heart
Place is a dump. When I pass by the place there are never any customers there and I see why. They serve old cold food and the fish is re-dropped and over powering greasy. They will never get a hard earned penny of mine

Wow just Wow!! The Guillory family wants to thank Akina and Brandon for such a wonderful dinner experience today. From the moment we walked in Akina greeted us with a warm and welcome smile. She was personable and really built rapport. She did not just take our order she was engaged and knowledgeable. Brandon cooked the food to perfection and delivered the food with a smile to the table asking us about sauces and brought it back to the table for us. If you want a top notch food experience then make sure to come the Newnan, Ga Long John Silvers. The team of Brandon and Akina really define EXCEPTIONAL customer service.
