I ended up coming here twice while spending days at Universal. Each experience was quite different. I would suggest coming earlier in the day vs towards the end of the day as the earlier experience and food was better.
I ate their Cuban each time. One lacked pork, but generally the taste was good. The bread was a little soft compared to other Cuban sandwiches I have had, but for what it was, it was good enough. On one visit, I had French fries, and on the other, I had tots. I preferred the taste of the tots over the French fries. Ketchup is rationed out, as you need to ask someone behind the counter for ketchup.
I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich for my daughter, which she enjoyed. It was 3 pieces of bread and had lots of cheesy goodness, which makes for a delicious grilled cheese.
They had a couple of swinging bench seats, which were unique and fun for the kids to sit on.
This was a good option for a fairly quick meal. I would eat here again.

Bravo to this place for going above and beyond and making really great sandwiches. Thin sliced deli meat, very nice bread. Delicious. Filling. Good value for the price. Loved it and highly recommend.

I thought I was not going to like this, but the experience was quite refreshing. We were waiting for our movie to start and decided to stop in. Very nice and quiet from all of the other packed restaurants on the weekend. Everything tasted fresh and the tater tots were OK. Overall, I would come back and try different sandwiches. Not sure about other menu items. Customer service was attentive and helpful.

BreadBox is an amazing spot! The staff is super friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. I had a grilled cheese and it was incredible the bread itself was so fresh and delicious it really stood out. The place is very clean, including the bathroom, which I appreciate, and the prices are great for the quality you get. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to!

Truly Heartfelt Hospitality and Delicious Food!
I was told this place had good food at a reasonable price. I’m so happy I sought it out! It was a little difficult to find as it’s not along the main drag of CityWalk, but a quick check on Google Maps got us right there.
The food was absolutely delicious. We ordered a fresh salad, the Philly Cheesesteak, and the Loaded Mac & Cheese. And of course, we finished with an ice cream float for dessert!
What truly made our experience special, though, was the kindness and accommodation shown to my son. He has special needs and special requests. The staff handled everything pleasantly and went out of their way to accommodate him as much as possible. This level of service is rare and deeply appreciated.
The service was fast, everyone was pleasant, and the dining area was clean.
We will definitely be back again! Thank you for a wonderful meal and for treating my family so well!

Overall, it’s a nice place on CityWalk. There was no line when we went and ample seating. Service was good and the tables were clean. Food came out really fast and tasted good.
The main thing hurting it though are the portion sizes, especially the sides. We got so few tater tots. We paid $3 extra for the side salad and it was also tiny.

Best quick service meal at City Walk! We walked in around 2 and the place was dead. We settled on a turkey pastrami and a crispy chicken sandwich. Both were delicious and the employees were all so friendly and helpful. Would come here again in a heart beat, way better than what you can get in the parks and it was also nice to have a calm quiet place to take a break.

Rarely give out reviews but this one is deserving. Return visit to Universal and Bread Box. Loved it two years ago. Not so much today . Hot Vegan Sandwich was soggy. Tater Tots too salty . Had to ask for ketchup which they give out sparingly and act like they are doing you a favor giving it to you. Tables are sticky from grease. Poor Service and rude order takers. Way to expensive for two sandwiches and a drink. Will not return.

To be honest I was looking for a light meal for dinner and thought Bread Box would be a great place to try. It was indeed delicious and very filling. It was also most definitely park price. I wasn’t expecting to pay $84 for 4 meals and 4 drinks. I would give it an 8/10 on the food but for the price I would say 7/10.

Very good service 10/10. All the staff were helpful and engaging. No tip box, did not ask for any form of gratuity. Tipped them for best service so far in the Orlando area.
Food was good. From the Deli menu, the Italian sandwich; from the Melt menu, the New York Pastrami sandwich.
And the vanilla sky milkshake is a solid 10/10 score. Taste good, not overly sweeten nor that sticky feel. Nice & smooth. A repeat for sure as its pricing in a touristy area at Universal Citywalk is reasonable for its quality, taste and overal experience. Good seating area.
