If West Viginia standards weren’t so low, this place would get all 1 stars from all reviewers. Employees are usually nice, but it’s always filthy. There’s never very many customers so I’m not sure why they cannot clean EVER. we were the only customers, yet they couldn’t accomplish cleaning the sticky mess off the floor. Portions of food are tiny compared to the price. I was given 2 planks that weren’t much bigger than a McDonald’s chicken nugget. I’m sure I’ll keep going back once a year for the nostalgic taste, but $21 for 4 tiny pieces of chicken, 4 mini hush puppies and the equivalent of a Wendy’s medium fries is unacceptable. They will go out of business soon, and its kinda sad.

The bathroom was absolutely disgusting and when I told an employee that it needed cleaned, she ignored me. An employee was in there before me and there was something disgusting on the toilet and the smell made me gag and my eyes water. It was bad!!

Drive thru, got two fish tacos and a shrimp,chicken, and fish platter. Had enough to share with my wife and still had a piece of fish and chicken left over. Batter is crunchy but greasy, love it with their vinegar.

The ceiling needs fixed . Looks like they had many roof leaks by all stains in ceiling tiles. Also the vent on the ceiling looked extremely dirty. Looks like no one cleaned it in years. Greasy and dirty. It has hanging dirt from vent on ceiling in Lobby . The actual tables were clean and condiments were available upon request. Food tasted good . Female Bathroom wall looks like its could fall in at any time . It looks buckled. Makes me question the structure of the building. Should code enforcement and or health dept get involved. New Martinsville WV location. Absolutely NOT impressed with this location.
