We are an independently owned and operated Dairy Queen. We purchased this store in early 2016 and have climbed many mountains to get to where we are today. We could not be here if you, our loyal customers, did not support us the way you do. We are very proud of our fantastic products and our even better employees! I had about a 15 minute wait one day with 2 cars in front of me, max. I was trapped in the one lane drive through, and I had no way to get out, otherwise I would have just left. Also, the prices here are higher than other DQ’s in Oelwein and Manchester. It makes no sense why a small kids cup of vanilla ice cream is close to $3.

Stopped in while driving through town for ice cream. Oddly the place had a lot of business on a week day afternoon. Customer service was great, and our order was made fast and correctly. I would recommend this Dairy Queen over most I’ve been to! Thank you!

Was coming back from the Buddy Holly crash site and stopped here with my mom.
Terrible service at counter, long wait and cold food. Had the chili dog combo my mom had cheeseburger combo. Did not get the sundaes that were part of the combo.
Didn’t complain because I will not be going back if in area again.
While waiting saw a Arby’s across the street and wondered how much better it would have been, no way it could have been worse.

Wow just wow! This needs to be the standard of fast food! I ate here a year ago and I didn’t write down where it was from. I FOUND IT! The service is amazing! Food is great! And still fast! I feel like I’m in the movie founder where the food and service were what fast food should be.

Did drive-thru today and my drink was supposed to be raspberry iced tea but just tasted like sweet tea instead. Took close to 40 minutes and the other pop tasted flat as well. Asked for ranch and was charged for it as well but it never came with my order either. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with my order getting messed up and I feel like nothing is going to change either.

Workers do not know what they are doing! At all! They are charging me for stuff but I’m not receiving it! That’s stealing! This has happened 3 times already and you just reopened for the season. Who charges 3.00 for 3 Lil tiny tbsp of sauce and doesn’t receive it. Paid for 3 tacos for my mother to eat and you gave us 1 taco, no sour cream or salsa. Your fish was raw and your hamburger tastes really bad. The workers act like they do not know what to say or do and like they’re confused with what they’re doing. Had one guy come up to the window and ask what I’m doing at the window what do you think, waiting for my food I paid you for! Omg ♀️
