We love the food but it takes entirely too long to get your food in drive-thru and the quality of the speaker outside is horrible, the employees can hardly hear on that old thing … upgrade finally? Worst LJS that I have ever visited. Dirty. Staff ignores customers. Service is incredibly slow. 20 min wait for food on a Friday evening when there are only three two tops seated. Booths and tables are very worn. Outside is in disrepair. Food wasn’t worth the price.

Horrible. Building and parking lot desperately need work. No air conditioning in lobby and it is hot! Took way too long to get food as this is a fast food place. Someone needs to take charge and fix this place or shut it down. Makes the Long John Silvers brand look bad.

Where I live we do not have a Long John Silver’s so when I visited Tazewell VA I really had a taste for it. We went on a cold night around 7pm only to find they had no heat but chose to stay. The food was terrible, I think it had sat in grease for hours, the service wasn’t much to speak of either. So much for craving LJS, I was up sick all night long. Our last visit for sure!

I Like To Eat At Long John Silvers Restaurant,But It’s The ONLY One Left Around Here NOW.Cause The One In My Hometown Of Richlands,Va That Was Across The Street From My High School,THAT Long John Silvers Restaurant Decided To Add A&W Root Beer Soda Shop To It,and That’s When It Got Worse & Went Out Of Business,So NOW A Mexican Restaurant Has Taken Residence In The Building.
