It was packed when we walked in but we found two seats at the bar and were immediately greeted with smiles. Our drinks and menus quickly followed. We ordered Cali Clubs, and they looked amazing when served! The bread was perfectly toasted, the meats, all the ingredients were flavorful and fresh. Our sandwiches, and our service was a delight!

First try here. It’s a local pub with no atmosphere but surprisingly good. Our server Kelly was obviously overworked but did a great job covering our needs. Drinks were a great value and the food was surperb. I had the peach and added a huge perogies dinner side. They were better than I hoped for with plenty of food. My wife’s salmon was perfect. Give this a try.

Bartender was very friendly and attentive. Place was clean. Potato skins were great, with plenty of cheese and bacon. The Lightning Burger was big, and very tasty. Fish and perogies were 2 very small pieces of fish and the perogies were really dense, and didn’t have much flavor. I would go back for the burger, potato skins, and service.

Pierogies are pasty and undercooked. When I told the bartender this she pretty much was like, that’s how they are, take them home and cook them longer. Onions were barely sautéed. Way overpriced for the poor quality of food you get.

Walked in at 7:45pm. They close at 9pm. We were told the grill was closed and we could only get drinks. As a server, from a different state, I was shocked. Was super excited to try it but because they shut down an hr and 15 min before they close, I do not recommend. One of the 4 servers of the party of 20 could have served us or the bartender. Because I am a server we tip well and dont complain. A fried anything wouldve been fine but we will take out business down the street and will not recommend because 2 more guest an hr before close was more than this establishment could handle. The picture is the bar….. one drink sitting empty to pay for 10 min and not one person has spoken. It is now 8:21pm. Hope this isn’t the community standard. And a pic of our food….oh and I forgot to add the directions for women who don’t know how to use the toilet…..

I have to be brutally honest, it was just okay. The place seemed clean (but not updated), with tvs hung just a smidge too high to comfortably watch from a table. Our server was kind, but not really “on top of things”…as I sat with an empty glass for the last half of my meal. Then there was the food..the nachos were good, but there was nothing to set then apart from the standard. I tried the lightning burger, which was incredibly fatty and flavors not balanced. I was less than impressed.

What exactly happened to this place? It used be booming with business every weekend, the parking lot would be full and you would have to park in the street. Now, if you go in there past 7 or 8, the staff is rude and tries to rush you out of there, and I’ve never seen them opened past 10.
A friend and I stopped in around 9, there was a only one other table, a family of around 5 people sitting in the patio, which is an amazing patio with a great atmosphere. The bartenders told us “We are only open for another hour” and had an attitude about it. We asked if the kitchen is still open and she replied “technically yeah I guess it is”. We didn’t want to be rude so we just ordered drinks. We both ordered a jack and coke, and the drinks were good. We went to get a second round and the bartender told us “Ok, but after this I’m cashing you guys out, we’re trying to close up”. We finished our drinks and tipped well, but we felt rushed and pushed out.
I’ve eaten here plenty of times over the years, and the foods always been good, but pricey for what it is.
There’s no way Al still owns this place, he would never run it into the ground like this, or let his staff be that rude and disrespectful.

On a break from ball fields and stumbled across this gem!! Food was immaculate, the service was phenomenal, and we couldn’t be more pleased!! Anytime to we play at victory fields we will be coming back!! The hot Italian was fantastic and the crab dip was second to none!! A MUST try!!
