Absolutely Addictive Lunch Spot in Seguin!
If you’re looking for flavorful, hearty lunches (or premade dinner options to take home) in Seguin, this little store is a must-try!
The breakfast fried rice was insanely delicious—so packed with flavor, perfectly seasoned, and comforting in the best way. It felt like a gourmet twist on a classic, and I could eat it every day! The chicken katsu plate was equally amazing: crispy, juicy breaded chicken drizzled with that perfect tangy-sweet katsu sauce, served with a fresh side salad and creamy mac salad. The portions are generous, and everything tasted fresh and made with care.
And oh my goodness—the brownies! Hands down the most delicious brownies I’ve ever had. Rich, fudgy, with the perfect crackly top.
This place is perfect for quick lunches, grab-and-go dinners, or treating yourself to something truly tasty. Friendly service, great value, and food that exceeds expectations in a local Seguin spot—highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back soon. We just stopped in for lunch, which was amazing teriyaki beef with rice and Indian bread tacos I believe. They have amazing homemade decaffeinated chai ( my fav ) delicious deserts and fun cups and trinkets to buy. Grab and go food stuff so which is super cool! Even fresh sourdough bread. The owner was so nice and friendly as was her sister. There is no seating to sit down and eat as it’s a small place but that’s no big deal take it to go!

After following them on social media for several months I finally made it to their restaurant today and OMG did it not disappoint!!! I had the teriyaki wings plate and I will be thinking about them constantly until I can get my hands on them again…lol. Their brownies and sweets are always delicious too! I cannot wait to try more of their menu! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Got the bang bang chicken on Friday and wow it was delicious hot and fresh even after picking up and taking it back to work! The chicken was crunchy the sauce was flavor 10/10 ! Also tried to strawberry shortcake and it was so fresh and the whip cream/ icing with the cake and strawberries had me wishing I got 2! Will definitely be ordering from here again! If you want fresh food good service and something unique to seguin try this place!

Can’t say enough great things about Lolo’s Place. Great food and even better people. You don’t feel like a customer, you feel like family when you walk in. We were able to try the “Loco Moco” Friday lunch, brownies, and sourdough cinnamon rolls – all of which were phenomenal. Lolo’s place quickly became one of our favorite spots in Seguin.

I work down the street at State Farm and I dropped by cause out of curiosity and man the chicken pinwheel was amazing! Both sisters were so nice! And they had too many delicious treats! It’s great to have a new food option in town and close by our office. They will be seeing at least one of us every week!
