I ordered two deep dish slices and sticks pizzas I went to pick them up and they were just normal pizza. The guy behind the counter said they were just not cut correctly which is true but it’s not what I ordered. I told him to remake it and he did and the remade one is not fully cooked and isn’t even crispy and falling apart and cut poorly

If I could rate 0 on atmosphere I would. The sweet worker upfront a couple nights ago was a sweetheart. Someone came in yelling and screaming. Come to find out it was the manager off duty. Very upsetting that it was all over a baseball cap. I’ve heard more upsetting stories about that place too. I hope corporate figures out everything because it was unprofessional and very harsh. Something like that will make people never come back.

The manager on duty which is the gal I always see working she is absolutely what little ceaser here in Connersville needed! Now on the other hand her mananager came in and was screaming at her loudly and I mean loudly about putting her hat on and she asked her politely to stop talking to her like that in front of costumers and she did not she continued to talk to her that way so un professional if you ask me the manager that was being cursed at should be her boss. I also smelled achol on her breath something needs to be done about the general manger and her attitude I’m telling you this girl the manger is awesome.

The two guys were really nice and accommodating. One was on back to back phone call orders and the other helped someone with a pick up and placed my order at the same time. The woman in the back, however, is the reason for my bad review. She was hollering up to them saying “one of you need to come back here and help me now” and they both said they were taking orders and she hollered back up and said “well you need to get back here now!” The man at the register looked flustered and I said “it’s okay you guys are both busy she’s just going to have to figure it out for a second” and she said “yeah right” from the back. I understand they were busy but I just don’t think those guys deserved to be hollered at while also doing two other things each.

I called in my order. Showed up 20 minutes later to pick up. They acted like no idea of the order. Had to wait another 15 minutes while they made my order. But the people were nice and comped over half my order.

The customer service was absolutely terrible I ordered and they said it it was gonna be done for an hour and a half which is okay they were busy but after I came back the cashier had the biggest attitude while I was waiting for my food I went up a few different times after an hour and half every time said wasn’t done yet then the last time said oh it’s done I was about to start giving it to other customers cause they couldn’t find me
