Welp, I thought we were gonna get whood into changing from mo bettah only bc mo bettah always burns my katsu. But this is my 1st time eating lolo hawaiian bbq. It’s a 3 star for me. My katsu sauce is watered down so bad there’s no sauce on the katsu. Making it dry. My rice and Mac salad both dry. Ugh. Needed an extra water just to eat it rt.

We went here for the first time last weekend and they earned customers for life. The food was amazing and the freindly service was even better. After we had ordered and recieved our food, they noticed we had our 1 year old son with us and offered to give us a free extra order of teriyaki chicken for him, pre cut to allow him to eat it more easily. The thoughtfulness was completely uneccesary but highly appreciated. Would reccomend to anyone looking for a good hawiian place.

I went in there and got the 3 meat with EXTRA MAC at between 3:50-4:15pm on February 21st 2026 and once again 1 sauce and no extra Mac! I’ve got to learn to never tip this place again! I tie your food in a bad so you can’t check! 1 SAUCE! For a 3 meat combo! Nice

BEST HAWAIIAN FOOD I HAVE EVER HAD!! & I have literally had every other Hawaiian place in the area. They always have the freshest and crunchiest chicken katsu and the tastiest mac salad & teriyaki chicken!! Would recommend to try this one out! Nicest owner & friendliest staff <3 They never ever fail to make me devour it instantly, forgot to take a pic cuz it was that good.

We went there our first time being new to Roy (tonight was our second time). We had the best experience with what I remember the the owners Father. He was the most friendly and was excited we tried here (because we usually go to Mo’s Bettas) the service we received by the owners Father was fantastic. We went tonight and honestly will not be supporting this anymore. The lady was so annoyed & when we asked for extra sauce rolled her eyes at the window and when we said “Thank you” as we should she was already annoyed she walked to the back came back and basically passed the sauce “very rude” and then, rolled her eyes again…. Very sad, I very rarely leave reviews… But I am sorry with that service will NOT return. If your the son of the dad, I commend your father he is so proud of you and your food was amazing! Because of that woman we will not return. Thank you

I ordered the loco Moco, it just wasn’t that delicious. I guess that’s why I’m giving it three stars. The staff was polite and helpful, the food was hot and made to order… I ate it, but I just didn’t really enjoy it .

Greatness! Hesitated for awhile about this place but they’re great. Had the pork katsu, fire chicken, and BBQ beef and they were all great. Good flavor, lots of food, and it all tasted great. The prices were actually good for the amount of food you get. They actually gave you a decent amount of shrimp too. Others give you two or maybe three. They have a wide selection of meats and styles so you’ll likely find your favorites.

We ordered catering from Lolo’s and I couldn’t have been more impressed. They had everything ready on time for pickup which was about an hour before open time. We were waiting for another party to come and help us take the food. Then it started to rain. The owner and workers helped us get the food back into the restaurant to keep it from getting wet. We eventually were able to get all of the food loaded up and it turned out amazing. Their BBQ chicken was a favorite at our event. The Mac salad was some of the best I’ve tasted. I’d highly recommend using them for catering. Thank you.

We had a pickup order and the staff was quick and kind. The chicken, however, had a rubber consistency and the flavor didn’t make up for it. The price was high enough that I expected the same quality as other staple Hawaiian BBQ spots. Wish I would have gone to one of those places.
Other reviews are incredibly positive, so maybe we just got a bad batch. I don’t know that I’d go back with the possibility of another bad batch, though.
