Ok, let me start with YUM! The food is fantastic. They know how to make a chili relleno! Margaritas are super fantastic! Service is fantastic. The atmosphere is fantastic. Very clean restaurant. Happy hour is great. You just can’t beat a $2.99 margarita, especially as good as they are. Definitely a recurring customer. They will know us by name in no time.

Absolute worst customer service. We ordered via DoorDash and picked it up. We got some Chicken Fajitas and they were pork in there. The enchiladas came completely squished. We called to get the correct food/food remade and the manager, Luis, was extremely rude and flat out said they wouldn’t remake the enchiladas and originally said they wouldn’t remake the fajitas. I don’t eat pork and this is totally unacceptable. The enchiladas were ruined by THEIR packing up of the food and all they said was to “call doordash.” What is that going to do for us for dinner? We just wanted the food remade, no refund or anything. My dad had to go back up and they finally remade the food but what absolute trash service. I don’t even know how the food tastes because here we are an hour later and haven’t been able to eat it yet. Don’t care how good it may be but this will be the first and last time we eat there. El Nuevo Rancho will be getting our business instead.

The service was friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming. We enjoyed the Fiesta fajitas and Nachos supreme. Looking forward to our next visit when we are in the area.

When La Pinata’s predecessor, LaCuezela, burned down, I was extremely saddened, as it was truly the only Mexican Restaurant that I loved! Going to La Pinata tonight, it has fresh paint, the adorably brightly picturesque chairs and benches. The music is traditional Mexican Restaurant music. There is a bar with quality liquors and three televisions. The service was very quick, our server extremely friendly and patient with us, and the food was excellent. My quasadilla was huge, loaded with steak. The fajitas were sizzling. The burritos were huge, with beans on one side and rice on the other. The chips, salsa and quaso dip were delicious and frequently replenished.

Went to eat here tonight at 5 (Saturday night) to nearly empty restaurant. Git seated by man at hostess stand and ge brought chips and salsa right away. And saud server will be right with us.. that is the only good spot. No server. No one walking around. We got up and walked out. No one even saw us leave. I’m sorry there are plenty of Mexican restaurants in the area and if you want to keep people coming back make sure they are acknowledged by a server. This goes fir any restaurant but when you have a niche that is saturated with competition you might want to make sure you keep your customers.

The food was mediocre at best. We asked for ni guacamole and received it. My wife ordered the taco dunner, which the menu says it comes with rice and beans, however, when we called complain we were told it didn’t come with rice and beans. The strawberry margarita that we ordered barely had and alcohol in it. All in all I would not recommend this restaurant.
