Our family moved to Colorado in 2017 after living our entire lives in the South and Midwest. We fell in love with the small town of Monument and quickly knew that we’d call it home. Our entire family’s crazy about ice cream, and can’t wait to share our favorite homemade recipes with our neighbors. We’re proud to create ice cream made in-house with local milk and cream, fresh all natural ingredients, no preservatives, gluten free, and packed with flavor! We offer ice cream scoops, to-go pints, espresso drinks, baked goods, and have several dairy free and vegan options.

Best ice cream shop in Monument! We love this place! The ice cream is home made with natural ingredients, no preservatives, and they offer a variety of flavors. They also offer a variety of toppings. The best part for my wife is all the gluten free options. She can get a brownie sundae here, which is her favorite! The staff is always friendly and attentive. You won’t be disappointed!

Love this place! Completely Gluten Free, even the cones and pastries. In a cute little building, locally owned and operated, they have a sesting area along with several outdoor spaces with yard games and places to sit. The Ice Cream is small batch made in house, the ice cream is so creamy and delicious. Gram Slam is a definite “must try.” There are many flavors to sample and choose from, some that are menu staples, as well as several seasonal flavors that change. We make at least one trip to Lolley’s each time we visit Colorado.

Stopped in yesterday to pick up a couple hand-packed pints to go. I’ve been to Lolley’s many times with the boyfriend (as he is the main ice cream eater between the two of us!). Every time has been a pleasant experience. There is typically a line (for good reason), but it moves quickly, as the employees are efficient (and friendly). Consistently wonderful.

This is an amazing place. A great business in Monument, Colorado offering a wonderful product! My wife and whole family can eat here as they offer an entirely gluten-free selection of ice cream’s, cones, and wonderful big goods. They have become a fantastic center of the community in downtown Monument. It is so much fun to see church goers stopping there on Sunday on their way home. Lollies has become the heart of monument.

Cute local ice cream shop with a fun atmosphere and a nice back yard for eating and playing games. Lots of great flavors of ice cream with a rotating seasonal menu. They also have lots of yummy baked goods. And you wouldn’t know it, but EVERYTHING here is gluten free!

What a delight! We were visiting Arlene’s Beans down the street and decided to take a walk for dessert. Lolley’s knocked it out of the park! The cherry on top – the entire store is gluten-free and they have vegan options. Not needing gluten-free, I was quite impressed with the chewy brownie sundae I had. I would have had no idea it was gluten-free if the cheerful staff hadn’t walked me through the details of my classic brownie sundae.
