Legit, the flavors of the meat were impeccable! The atmosphere was great too! Highly recommend for quality Mexican food!! The fish tacos are not pictured because they were gone by the time we took these. Carne Asada, Chile relleno and fish tacos.

My wife and I picked up lunch to enjoy down at the beach, and let me tell you.. we were BEYOND impressed! I got the chili relleno, and she got shredded beef flautas. Everything was so good, that we forgot to take pictures of our meal for the review! The prices were extremely reasonable considering the day and age we live in, and the quality of our food was absolutely superb! I think we found our new place for Mexican food! Couldn’t recommend these guys enough!

Came here with my son to pick up lunch for the whole family. We were staying in Crescent City and went to another Mexican restaurant that Google said was open. Since they weren’t we stumbled upon this little gem! The guy behind the counter could not have been nicer. The food was reasonably priced and 5/5 delicious. I always feel better when I give my $ to people who actually seem to appreciate the business. They obviously take pride in their food too. You have to take the food to go though, so keep that in mind. Pretty sure they turned the dining area into their home.

Currently closed for dine in but opening back up soon. They do have outdoor picnic tables to enjoy their takeout. I got a chile relleno which was delicious, was not soggy or especially greasy, and came in a tasty sauce with really good rice and beans. I also got some albondigas soup to go, which I ate later. It was good, but I prefer albondigas with mint. Just my own preference. I would definitely come back next time I visit this area.

From the road this looks like a hole in the wall Mexican joint and I guess it is, but the food is superb. It is clean and has interesting food options like a bacon shrimp pineapple quesadilla. It had big chunks of tasty shrimp and was a real treat. Owner is very friendly.

Usually hole in the wall Mexican restaurants or taco shops have some of the best food. But this I can say is the worst Mexican food I’ve ever had in my life. My Wife said the same thing. I ordered three tacos rice and beans to go of course because when you walk in it looks like the whole lobby has been closed down to Covid period anyway when I got back to my Airbnb which was 1 mile away all three of my tacos were so wet I couldn’t even pick them up to eat them I had to use a fork. And my wife’s meal was subpar and the coating on her chicken was completely wet. She only ate about five bites of her meal. If I wasn’t hungry as I was I wouldn’t vape my tacos either. I write a lot of good reviews more good than opposing and I must say I highly recommend staying away from this food!

A very disturbing event happened yesterday while about to dine at Lolita’s. A young lady and what appeared to be her parents was asked to leave because she was in a tube top! It was warm, sunny, outdoor dining and we sat in utter shock. I do not know this young lady, but her treatment made me be sure that Lolita’s will never see a $ from me again.

The food was great especially the fish tacos. They put a good amount of fresh vegetables on. Salsa was good but will get the hotter one next time. Really conviently located for most of Smith River and one of a few restaurants in the area. Prices were good. I come here frequently and would recommend. There is no indoor seating here at this time. Takes 10-15 minutes for order to be ready. Friendly workers.
