Our waitress was very attentive and gave lots of recommendations. We had a party of seven with a large variety of food: tacos, quesadillas, wraps, appetizers, and desserts.
Highly recommend the beef gordita. They were like taco sliders with a cornmeal tamale base. The table really liked the churros and pineapple Tres cake. And pitcher of Lolita‘s margaritas with coconut.
The check was served with cotton candy.

This is a go to when visiting Boston with our family (both locations). Great atmosphere, service, food and drinks. This Saturday we went to the Fort Point location for a reservation for our group of 5. The complimentary grapefruit palate cleanser with dry ice was a great start. We all started with the guac trio and also queso – so good. We got a pitcher of Diablo margaritas, but all agreed the spicy cucumber margaritas are our favorite. I got a Hugo Spritz and thought it was very nice, too. You also get a huge, complimentary cotton candy for the table with your check which is a fun treat and nice touch.

So much fun! It’s a bit of an adventure to find Lolita, but once you do, it’s totally worth it. The atmosphere is great, and the menu is full of creative dishes, it’s hard to choose just one!
The Spicy Artichoke Empanadas were delicious, filled with jalapeño yum yum, pickled corn, queso fresco, and chickpeas. They had just the right amount of heat without being overwhelming. The Hot Queso Dip (oaxaca, jack & cheddar, green chili, cilantro, taco spice) was the one miss for me. I was hoping for bolder flavor.
The Spicy Yucca Fritter Tacos were amazing, enchilada mayo, smoked habanero cheddar, and citrus cucumber slaw made for the perfect combo! That said, $17 for two small tacos felt a bit steep. On the flip side, the Mushroom Quesadilla was massive, packed with red chili mushrooms, smoky poblano relish, jalapeño yum yum, and queso chihuahua. It was flavorful, satisfying, and a great value, we had to take half home!
Overall, Lolita delivers a fun dining experience with bold flavors and a unique twist on Latin-inspired dishes. We’ll definitely be back to try more of the menu! Check out the decor!

Amazing atmosphere and great service. The drinks were fantastic. The food was delicious too, just note that the “plates” which I took to be mains are actually quite small. I’d say it’s more of a small plates/tapas kind of place.

The birria quesadilla is fire! The street corn is also really good. Service was okay. I love the ambience in there it was just hot as heck because that heat was cranking in there! It was the end of October and wasn’t really that cold out but I just remember it being so warm.

I was visiting Boston for a conference when someone suggested Lolita’s. If you are a party of 2 or more its better to make a reservation. There are bar chairs which might work if you dont have reservations. I tried Mexican rice and it was one of the best dish. However, two pieces of chicken will cost $9 extra. Other than that this place is a hidden gem below the bridge and ambiance is very romantic but loud.

The reviews don’t do this place justice! We had an early dinner here, and just the walk through the mini-tunnel next to the water to get inside was beautiful. The ambiance is a cross between a speakeasy and a ballroom, beautiful and mysterious! We had the Birria Steak Quesadillas (quesabirria), fish tacos, and the chocolate strawberry cheesecake. Both the dessert and entrees were outstanding, I highly recommend the quesadilla for both flavour and quality. The dry-ice guava palate cleanser and the cotton candy dessert were nice complimentary touches that I’ve never seen before, well done! One of the better highlights of Boston, and a must visit! P.s, try to go outside during sunset so you can catch a view of the sun setting on the water, just right outside!

We celebrated our daughter’s 16 birthday with her friends at Lolita’s – it was a wonderful night. The vibe was very cool and the DJ was great; the food was delicious and authentic as always. But what made the night so special was the service. Our waitress Xiomara was amazing – she was attentive, patient and charming – she took great care of the girls! We really appreciated the extra attention from the restaurant staff (and kitchen) which made this night so memorable.

I met a friend for a late brunch at this Mexican themed restaurant. The place is enormous, with large indoor and outdoor waterfront seating. Even though it was very busy, our server was very attentive. My friend ordered the Broken Eggs and she loved them. I had the steak tacos and I found them to be a bit dry. The churros for dessert were excellent and I loved the chocolate dip. The vibe is very cool here and I would definitely recommend this place.
