A rare gem in Manchester, Vermont. Very nice atmosphere, incredible service, and absolutely superior food and beverage. I was one person and opted to sit at the bar. I loved the option to sit at the woodfire pizza bar or the beverage bar. I sat at the beverage bar and was served by Lex, who is not only expertly skilled at creating cocktails but also has a perfect personality for service. I strive for a great cocktail and I know that anything I try on the menu she created is an enjoyable and unique experience. Her take on a Negroni(the kythria) and the passionfruit cocktail(the solara) are certainly cocktails I will be returning for.
It was hard to choose something from the menu because it all looked amazing. I ended up getting 2 small plates, the Saganaki (seared Greek cheese with honey and grapefruit) and the Htapodi (grilled fresh octopus). I also ordered the mortadella woodfire pizza.
The octopus was by far the best I have ever had. I almost ordered another 2 once I finished. I cannot wait to return for some more of that. The saganaki was a delicious experience. A slab of toasted Greek cheese.. how can you go wrong? The blend of flavors was a unique and enticing experience. I am looking forward to more of that tomorrow, as there was enough left over to take home. The mortadella was a risk.. I’d never had deli type meat like that. It was – AMAZING- I actually ordered it Togo originally but I dove in while I was enjoying my cocktail and I could not stop eating it. I ate half while still sitting there.
As you can imagine, I was far too full to enjoy dessert but surely decided that menu and look forward to returning to try at least 3 of them.
Highly recommend you try Lola Mediterranean. You will not regret it.

– Tirokafteri dip – tasty and good sized portion for a dip
– Mortadella pizza: a must and incredibly packed with flavor
– Mousakka: a highlight of the meal
– Giouvetsi: the braised lamb was cooked to perfection

Tried this for the first time last night and everything was top notch. Especially impressive flow and service for having just opened. I tried all four dips, which were fantastic. The martini with the olive oil wash was perfect. As far as entrees, I could eat the mussaka every day for the rest of my life.

We went for lunch and loved it. My husband’s not a much of a fan of Greek as I am which lined the dosages for him a little as it has a very modern Greek flair, but he had the woods fired pizza and loved it. Lunch has a simple menu of pizza, sandwiches and light fare. I ordered the pork sandwich which was delicious! Beautiful atmosphere inside (honestly we felt mildly under dressed), lovely bar (try the Green Man cider!) and great service.

We’ve been excited for this opening and it did not disappoint! The service was perfect, cocktails were spot on, and the food was delicious. Highlights were the moussaka and the mortadella pizza.

The food was pretty good but the service wasn’t great. We made reservations for 7:00 pm on a Sunday night. We got there early hoping to get seated quickly. We ended up standing for over 20 minutes while others who arrived later were seated before us. We were finally seated at about 15 minutes after our reservation time.
The atmosphere is upscale and modern but it feels pretentious. We weren’t dressed very nicely having just jeans and hoodies on. It felt like they really weren’t interested in serving us. Eventually, we spent close to $200 for me, my wife, and our son.
The food was good but I don’t think it was worth the hassle or congestion of the small restaurant.

Very nice welcome. The place was packed and the vibe was fun and upbeat. I doubt you’d be seated without a reservation. We both had Soulvaki and it was outstanding. I could have made an entire meal of pita bread. It was so good! Marissa was our server and I have to say, probably one of the best servers we have had in a long time. We hope to return when back in the area.

The Soulvaki Chicken was the ABSOLUTE best chicken I have ever enjoyed. Tasty, moist and tender. Outstanding!
It was served with charred broccoli (so very good) and thinly sliced pickles and a perfect tzatziki sauce.
The restaurant was full including the bar and pizza bar seating. Great place!
