First time trying this location, there was no waiting time. We were sat immediately, our server was friendly and attentive. She served us fresh bread and butter while we waited. Our food came out relatively fast, but I can say our burgers were not the greatest, they were ok. I tried a watermelon margaritas which it was ok as well. Then I ordered the Rancher Rita and I can say this one was better than the first one. They offer a loyalty program with rewards for recurring customers. Overall our experience was ok. Nothing that stands out and I can truly say this is not the best Roadhouse out there.

Been over a year since my husband amd I had eaten at logans the first time everything was wrong the female waiter wasn’t happy she was dismal, food was not what we ordered we had steaks and they was wrong. Came in yesterday 3/3/26 for lunch and we ordered steaks again the server we had this time his name was Kelvin very friendly sweet nice just overall amazing I would come back just to have him serve my husband and I again. He did such an amazing job handling his tables and checking on us while not being over baring he made sure when are drinks was empty he was right on top and got us more so we wasn’t sitting with out it, he kept taking our empty plates away so they wasn’t in our way, he asked if our steaks was what we wanted it was perfect. I would come back just for Kelvin to be my server we need more people like him that’s how you keep a business going. GOOD JOB KELVIN KEEP UP THE AMAZING JOB!!!! LOVE YOUR SPRITE!!!!

The service was great, Crystal was very attentive and was very pleasant. Atmosphere was nice. Food started off good with hot rolls and awesome onion rings but the steak, not so much -don’t recommend. The fried buttermilk chicken and sides were much better.

We got there at 8:30 pm. Waitress was obviously ready to go home. I didn’t get my salad until meal was almost done. Dressing was not on the side as requested. Didn’t eat my late soggy salad. My friends steak was not cooked as requested. My friend asked if soup comes with meal. Waitress did not tell her it was extra. And it was cold. Probably a one-off experience, but doubt I’ll go back.

The food was good. The green bean that came with my steak seems like it was from a can and it was mushy. But other sides were great. I got medium rare steak but half if it was medium rare and other half was medium well. Also it was smothered in too many salt and peper. I loved our appetizer. The booth we were sitting needed some cleaning in the chairs but staff were very nice and serice was great.

I ordered a sirloin and it was disgustingly fatty and tasted like it was ground meat pressed together to form a steak. I ate two bites and left the rest because it was so fatty and gross. One of the worst steaks I’ve ever been served, because I definitely didn’t eat it, in my life. In town from Lubbock and I definitely wouldn’t recommend this restaurant to anyone. The highlight of the evening was the very nice and respectful waitress. She was so nice that I didn’t even complain about the steak, I simply left it on the plate , paid and left.

Malory was our server and we had the worst experience!!
My first time there after my kids had told me how wonderful it was. Never got our drinks refilled unless we asked multiple times. Most of the things we asked her for we ended up getting from other servers cause we were tired of waiting. We were there to celebrate my 63rd birthday but we never even got to address that.
IF I ever go back there we won’t have her as a server! My food was cold and my son’s steak was wrong.

We were sat at a dirty table. I asked our waiter for a towel to wipe down the table and he never did. The table was very sticky and it made it hard to enjoy my poorly made salad. I ordered the mesquite salad. It only had 4 thin strips of grilled chicken, there were no croutons like it said on the menu.

Was told 10-15 minute wait. They were accurate as it was only a 10 minute wait. They give you warm rolls while you’re waiting for your food. They were good. I ordered the grilled shrimp skewers. It comes with a small amount of rice and 2 sides. I chose the ceasar salad and baked potato. Food was good, but the shrimp was a little too salty. My husband ordered the salmon. It came with a small amount of rice and 2 sides. He chose green beans and broccoli. He said it was good, and the lemon pepper seasoning on the salmon was quite good.
