The food was very good. My steak was actually cooked perfectly. Chasity, our waitress was very upbeat and I think did her best. We did not receive part of our meal when the entrees were served, but it was Valentine’s day so I understand that they were busy. Still there was a little room for improvement. All in all we had good food in a very nice setting. Will definitely return.

Tip was taken that wasn’t supposed to be off of my debit card and never received a refund like I was supposed to. Service was not good, it took at least 5-10 minutes or longer just for her to bring rolls and other small things if she didn’t forget them completely. I didn’t get what I ordered and the waitress was too worried about a larger table, trying to earn more tips over there I’m guessing. You get twice the amount of food for what you pay that tastes way better, along with better service at Texas Roadhouse. Don’t waste your time or money here.

I have been here a few times and it seems like you have a 50/50 shot at getting a good steak. I’m sure it has something to do with who is the cook at the time. I we went in at 8pm 2-5-2018 ordered two porterhouse steaks, mushroom skewers. The steaks had no flavor what so ever. The mushrooms were not even cooked all the way. For the price we paid the food was not worth it. The drinks however were spot on. I will more than likely not be returning I would rather spend my money some where that I know I’ll be getting a good meal. Call the number you told me to call 2/14/2018. I left a message with a woman that answered the phone. She said someone from management would give me a call. It is now 2/28/2018. I never received a call.

Called ahead and they said there would be a fifteen minute wait. There was actually no wait when we arrived less than ten minutes later. Hostess was pleasant and effective. Waitress did a good job with what she had. Stopped by frequently enough or drinks never got empty and recognized I was missing a side when she checked in after the food was delivered. If give her for stars. Now the food…. My crispy onion sirloin was delicious. My daughter’s 12oz ribeye was dry, overcooked ordered medium rare and got much closer to well done than medium rare. My son’s burger wasn’t just pleasantly charred, it was a burnt brick. It’s almost as if they put all of it in the grill at the same time and took it all off when my 2″thick steak was done leaving the other much thinner entrees over cooked. As long as everyone at the table ordered the same thing, you shouldn’t have a problem.

I’m very disappointed with this location. We’ve been to Logan’s several times but each time we’ve come to this location it’s been a terrible experience. We just left and I have decided that we will never visit this location again possibly any locations. Waiter didn’t show up for well over 5 minutes when the food came out we were shocked. My husband got the prime rib with fries and corn. It looked like my two year old just put a handful of fries on his plate we were able to count them without moving any was even 15, corn was cold and dried out Mac n cheese was cold and inedible like even my 1 year old who loves Mac n cheese warm or cold refused to eat it, my chicken was dry and tough on a bed of cold rice that had was over cooked. I told the manager about it and even showed him considering how the only sides eaten were the few fries my husband got and his response just blew me away. He said he was sorry and informed me that next time I need to tell him and he’d be happy to replace the sides. I told him thanks but no thanks I’m never returning paid full price for food we didn’t even eat half of and left hungry with 2 hungry babies just ridiculous! Diners be ware avoid this location like the plague!

Service was great, but we didn’t go there just for service. Appetizers were mediocre. My spouses ribs weren’t fall off the bone like they suggested. I ordered a filet mignon cooked medium. It came out rare. I mentioned it to the waitress and she had a brand new one cooked. The second one came out medium rare and completely unseasoned 20 minutes later. I ended up boxing it up to microwave later. They didn’t charge for my dinner. Like I said, service was great, but the food wasn’t. We tipped according to the service. However, we won’t be returning. There’s other steak houses that have much better food.
