We came in with the Allen Mustang football team and a big crowd of our fans—about 82 people, possibly more—and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcomed. Bryan, who we believe was the manager (or assistant manager), was absolutely awesome. The entire team worked seamlessly to take care of us, and not once did anyone act like we were a burden or an inconvenience.
They greeted us with enthusiasm, handled our large group effortlessly, and kept the service running smoothly the whole time. The staff went above and beyond—so much so that they even stayed open later to make sure our group was taken care of. Their positive attitude and excitement for our Mustangs made the experience even better.
Everything from the service to the food to the atmosphere was excellent. We truly appreciate the accommodations and the way they treated our team and fans. All around an outstanding experience. Highly recommended!

Stopped in here for dinner on the way home, it was pretty busy but we were seated right away. Our waitress was very young , but did a very good job. I love to see young people that want to work and do a good job. The rolls were very fresh and side salad was very good. Meal came out in a timely manner and was made to order. Steak and shrimp was good . Good stop.

Potatoes were cold, although the manager argued they are all done at 165 degrees.However, even the waitor saw that the middle cheese wasn’t melted. I am not saying that originally they weren’t warm but by the time the cheese was on and brought to the table… it was no longer anywhere near 165 degrees. Luke warm is being generous. The steak was medium and came out well done. Second steak exactly the same. We just gave up. Said forget it. Then the crab cakes were mushy. The shrimp on a skewer was cool, tuff and not flavorful. We did not eat the steaks after one bite because it had a rancid flavor. The rice were crunchy and stuck together. The mozzarella sticks were a solid 5. The salad had frozen lettuce. Neither I or my spouse ate but one bite of each of the main dish. The bill was 78 dollars. I was literally gagging at the textures and that mystery meat taste. Idk how else to explain the awful waste of time this was. We caught a flight out 2 hours later leaving Oklahoma and the airplane food was of better flavor and quality. 3.8 rating is highly generous. I have pictures of it all and will be leaving several reviews. You will be better off finding a different establishment to dine.

Hoping they make good on order and will redit post. Ordered 2 strip steaks medium 1 with green beans and the other with fries. Brothers had bbq platter and all of it was so salty.
I ordered salad and was a mix of greens and the romaine was turning brown, sorry did not get pic of that. They did put my steak back on the grill and did come out medium. So that was good. Not sure if u can see the green beans but the white on top is salt. Horrible. So they brought me out green beans that had no seasoning and i asked so u just dumped them out of the can and heated and was told yes. This is not somewhere i will be back to eat. Its not the fault of the waitress she did what she could.

Food was very tasty and came out pretty fast. The highlight of the visit was Alyssa. She was very attentive and made sure we hah what we needed. In a profession where customer service is everything, she went above and beyond. Logan better appreciate what she brings!

We had the best steak at loan’s yesterday. The young man that was our waiter was the best. He kept coming around making sure we were not needing anything. Super young man. The music was a tad bit too loud for conversations but we still enjoyed the company we met there.

Never again. This was our go to spot, but after the waitress said, “the steaks aren’t cooking right,” & brought me 2 different blue steaks. Didn’t offer anything different. No manager. No nothing.

Haven’t eaten at a Logans in forever, but we were given a gift card and so glad for it! The center cut sirloin was as tender as the filet and seasoned well. All of our steaks were cooked perfectly. The queso was delicious, and the crab cakes were some of the best I’ve ever eaten. Our waiter, Samuel, was very attentive and so nice. We only ended up using one of the two gift cards so we would be sure and come back! Kudos, Logans, you’ve really upped your game.

Came in with the Allen Mustangs Football team and the fans… The group was expected to be 100ish people …give or take a few. When our Booster president called a few days before hand she said they didn’t even stutter. When we came in tonight they were ready for us. They were on it all night and the food was amazing. That many people coming in at one time?!? You can’t tell me the cook staff to the wait staff to the table bussers weren’t working their rears off. From top to bottom this staff took care of us. Absolutely amazing service, amazing food and amazing atmosphere. They were excited with us over our win. 10 out of 10 appreciated and Recommended

Came here around 8:30 PM, waited at least 10 minutes before a girl who apparently wasn’t even on the clock came and sat us down because the hostess wasnt there and we had waited for so long. Fast forward after the waiter brings us our food, they were “out” of Caesar salad my girlfriend ordered with her meal, my steak I ordered was grey, chewy, and I almost guarantee was microwaved, it certainly wasn’t cooked how I asked for it, It didn’t taste good at all, I didn’t even finish it, the portion for my sides was SMALL. The pasta my girlfriend ordered was good size, but was ok at best, the steak that came with hers seemed better than mine at least. Afterwards we had to wait for at least another 15 minutes after we had already finished and was ready to leave. Unfortunately do not think we will be back.
