Such a let down. Came in 2-28 for dinner with my husband, son(birthday boy) and my mom. As a server myself it takes alot for me to be upset and im usually very understanding and forgiving but every part of our experience was just bad. Our server Ashleigh was awful, she never checked on us or asked how we were doing until we were all sitting there for 20 mins after we finished our food, had to flag her down for drink refills, our table sat absolutely covered in plates and empty cups the entire time absolutely zero pre bussing, and looking around all the other tables looked the same. Who wants to sit at an absolute full table for 45 mins. 2 of us ordered steaks, first time ive ever had one single steak be well done on one side, medium (as I ordered it) in the center, and rare on the thick side this was the worst cut ribeye I’ve ever seen, paper thin on one end and thick on the other. The French onion soup was laughable, my mom and I both had a good laugh at the boiled onion water we were served, absolutely terrible, no flavor, looked like water, tasted foul. My son and husband got burgers, they both said they wouldn’t recommend. The onion rings we got as an appetizer were awesome, the batter was delicious and they were huge, so we had high hopes. Bathrooms were absolutely gross even the stall walls looked filthy, I felt so gross just being in there. We were there for a good 2 hours, our server was so slow, and everything took forever.

One of my most visited restaurants. Some of my favorites are no longer on the menu, but my go-to Roadies still are. Today I tried the Cajun Chicken & Sausage Alfredo. Very good. Top notch Rolls too. I do kind of miss the peanuts

First time to try Logan’s Roadhouse and the food was tasty. I ordered a medium well ribeye steak with fries and steamed broccolli as sides, and the steak was good. The steak is tasty, but not the thickest cut. Overall, the place is good and the food was tasty.

Haven’t been to a Logans in years and thought we’d try it out. We got the Spinach Artichoke Dip for an app, I got the 6 oz top cut sirloin w/ garlic butter, garden salad and fries as sides. My food wash delicious. My husband got one of the combo plates with ribs and chicken. He said the ribs were dry. The place itself could use to cosmetic updates.

Everything was perfect! And not too expensive either. The steak bites were juicy and tender.

Great place. I only give it a 4 because my mash potatoes looked like the plastic version from a kids play set but everything else was great. I like the hard cement flooring, the progressive baby changing station in the mens room, the kind staff, etc. My food was prepared well. We started with chicken wing appetizer and it was great. I had the sirloin steak which was moist and soft, cooked to specs with very little seasoning though which depending on the person you may or may not like I suppose. The dinner rolls are great but don’t take em home as they don’t reheat well. I will definitely be back again sometime as prices were reasonable.

I received a gift certificate a few years ago and decided to use it today. I placed a take out order and when I pulled into the parking lot, there were 5 cars in the parking lot, which made me a little nervous. I optimistically told myself, “Well, they’ll be able to provide me excellent service!”

The Logan was for my daughter and she pointed out that her steak seemed oddly textured. It looked like a chopped steak and actually broke down under the pressure of her fork. She ordered 2 baked potatoes, which the sour cream was missing. Needless to say, she was very disappointed.

The double bacon sirloin was cooked a perfect medium rare and the texture appeared, on the initial cut, normal, however, once chewed, it disintegrated, like The Logan. My husband confirmed it was not a good bite. The wedge salad, while a little “soft”, the dressing and toppings were delicious. The stick of bacon was thick & tasty, not chewy at all! The sour cream was missing for my baked potato as well.

The chicken tenders were acceptable, without issues.

My order was sitting on the to go counter when I showed up 5 minutes earlier than the scheduled pick up time, but, with the lack of customers, this was not a complete surprise.

Overall, the food was quite disappointing and I am nervous to use my remaining gift certificate.

Hostess and waitress were very friendly.

The rolls were good. However, not as good as Texas Roadhouse. Our steaks were cooked perfectly and the sides (rice & broccoli) were good too.

Overall, this was a great experience! Too bad all the Logans by us have closed.

Burgers were good, but appetizers were disappointing. Onion rings were overcooked and barely had any flavor. Pretty sure the stuffed “jalapenos” were actually slices of bell peppers. They were thick and crunchy just like raw bell peppers, even after being fried, and had absolutely zero spice. When we raised that with the waitress, she was dismissive and said that sometimes they’re really spicy and sometimes they’re not. No reason to eat here when Texas Roadhouse and other similar restaurants are right down the road.
