So I’ve been holding off from trying this restaurant because of the reviews, but I felt like this was the weekend to be adventurous. I will say that the food service is prompt and they kept the cups refilled. Unfortunately, the food left much to be desired. As you can see from my picture, I asked for my steak to be medium rare and the steak I got was well done. Another member of my party had a steak that was supposed to be medium and hers was rare. The steak itself also lacked any real seasoning. The staff was pleasant, but not really friendly and they dropped off the receipt before our meal was even done.

The food looks great in the pictures, but the onion rings had NO taste. The only taste was the sauce you dipped them in. The onion rings dripped with oil! The pasta had HARD onions on top. So crunchy it was unpleasant and the other breaded onions in the pasta were soggy. The rolls were undercooked and tastes like dough. The butter tasted like it was normal butter, no special flavor. We used to love going to Logan’s. Last night we decided would be our last time going. We paid 61.00 dolllars for 1 adults meal and 2 kids meals. NOT WORTH IT.

Service was good and the food came out fast. The only issue we had was it took the host ( she was in a long cardigan) four minutes to seat us despite there being a pretty empty restaurant and no other table waiting to be seated. Another girl had to come and help her. I don’t know if it was her first day or what but it just seemed strange. Our server Alayna was great.

I was expecting better…. the steak was so thin. About ½ inch for the 16oz Ribeye.
The color of the steak was pale because the fact it was so thin means it can’t be cooked long enough to get a great sear without nuking the center. Medium rare is my go-to temperature for steaks. Technically it was, but the outside crust was not done well… or should I say “well-done” (pun intended)?
This was my first time eating at Logans and unfortunately for a STEAKHOUSE, I expect a great steak. The flavor was good, although a little too salted for my palate. For the record, I ordered the Ribeye, and a glass of water – nothing more.
It was around t w en ty f I ve doll hairs for the steak and I can confidently say I can get a steak of the same weight that is much higher quality at Walmart Or Kroger.
This was a disappointing trip.
I’ll go back if someone in my family wants to go for a birthday party or something, but it’s far from my top 10 restaurants.

While the food was good as usual and my family love the place , the service at Jefferson Pointe was very disappointing. Our server, Elena, was rude and largely unresponsive, which made us feel unwelcome.
It’s unfortunate to experience this level of service at an otherwise reputable restaurant. I hope management addresses this to ensure a better experience for future guests.

Took, a while to get greeted once we were seated. When the waitress made it over to us we had already gone through the drink menu and the food menus and already had decided what we wanted and piled them up to be collected. I ordered a ribeye cooked medium. My steak was not medium it was pretty much well done. They were busy and our waitress was running around so i just let it be. When I told the waitress everything was good but my steak was well done instead of medium she bizarrely said “Yeah Steven our cook doesn’t know what he’s doing, he doesn’t get the difference. We are working on it but he needs the job so we have kept him on”…and that was the solution, blame Steven. Who’s Steven? Does He exist? If he does how come he works as a steak cook when he doesn’t know how to cook steaks? Why isn’t Steven on sides. We will never know.

My second visit to this place was for lunch. I didn’t enjoy my first visit and the only reason we went back was because we had enough left on a gift card to pay for most of the meal. I didn’t like it the first time because the steak I got was tough and over cooked (I like rare). It was dinner then and really hard to get attentive service. This time was much better. We went at 11:00 and only two other tables were sat before us.
This time I got a ribeye and it was tender and cooked correctly. I got broccoli and a sweet potato as my sides which is where the food broke down. The sweet potato was large and so it wasn’t cooked enough. It was still starchy and tough. The steamed broccoli was already tossed in some fat unknown. I thought steamed broccoli meant just that— only steamed. I don’t like using seed oils and their “butter” is a seed oil which is why I didn’t have any put on my sweet potato.
My husband got the salmon with baked potato and a salad. He was happy with what he got. Our waitress was Jessica and she was very helpful. We were going to donate $5 to veterans and get $10 off our meal but the sign promoting this on the entrance and our table was old and no longer valid.
