We had a really nice experience thanks to Janet. She was warm, attentive, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we were seated. She checked in thoughtfully and made sure everything was going well, which made the whole visit feel relaxed and welcoming. Her kindness and professionalism really stood out. Also the brownie dessert is delicious. Definitely ask for Janet next time you visit!

Our first trip to this Logan’s Roadhouse location. Nice, new casual place. We ordered the Teriyaki Chicken Over Rice – (really good) and the Ribs and Tenders Combo (bad times 2) 1st ribs, tenders, & fries were just over room temperature and fries were old & chewy. Replaced with fresh fries and tenders (tenders notably small – each = maybe 2 stringy chicken nuggets) Ribs almost falling off bone. They had some very tangy sauce slopped on, but were extremely dry. Finally just wiped off sauce, stripped off meat, and boxed them for our dog. Service was really great to start, then fell off. Last comment: As a rewards perk, you can get….. drum roll … FREE FLAVORED BUTTER OF THE MONTH Logan’s marketing team is broken.

Kelcie is as such an incredible server!!! So much better than the last experience here. All of our food was delicious and wow that brown gravy for my mashed potatoes…. I could drink it. Ha ha! My coconut shrimp and blue colada were delicious as well. My husband had the NY strip and shrimp and they were perfect as well! Thank you again Kelcie for helping make our anniversary great!

Service was amazing. We had the best waitress. We were a group of 7 people and she was great with all our order needs. We got seated right away, no waiting for a table. The rolls were delicious. The potato skins were perfect. We all ordered a steak and some of the temperatures of the steak was a little off, but they all tasted good so it worked out. I ordered a strawverry margarita and it was really good and very pretty. Overall we were very impressed and glad we chose to come here to celebrate my sisters birthday.

We were a party of 11 in from Pennsylvania for the softball world series and wanted to try out somewhere that we’d never been before. We called ahead to see if they would be able to seat us as we were a large party and they told us to head on over. We had two different families/checks.
To make it more convenient we had the adults at a table, and the teens in a booth next to us.
Our waitress was Chelsea- that’s what the receipt says, so I hope it’s correct as I can’t remember. We let her know that this was our first time at a Logan’s Roadhouse.
My family grabbed an order of potato skins and they were perfect. Unfortunately for this review, we all were starving at this point, so I didn’t get any pictures of our food. Just a couple of the interior.
I had the Logan’s Kickin Chicken salad- after a weekend away, I was craving some freshness and it was on point! My husband had a burger and our daughter had a steak meal. All were as expected. My friend had the Cajun Alfredo with Sausage and it was divine!
The interior was neat with a lot of cool features to catch your eye.
If we happen to come across another Logan’s in our travels, we wouldn’t hesitate to stop for another meal.
Our server did fantastic with our larger group, multiple checks and little bit of crazy fun!

Logan is back in Columbus. I had a great lunch here and there were some good deals and lunch combos. In my view, Logan’s is competitive with other chain steakhouses, like Outback or Texas Roadhouse.
The sirloin lunch combo was cheap with two sides and drink. The sirloin tasted good at medium temp, but a little too salty. Mashed potatoes and salad were authentic and great. Free yeast rolls were great with cream. My server was amazing. WiFi was fast. The dining room would have a great vibe on game days due to their decent bar and large screens.

This is one of the best steakhouses I’ve been to in a long time. And it’s funny cuz I didn’t even order steak lol . Instead I wanted to try other things on their menu. I ordered crab cakes and the person with me ordered the salmon. Their portions are large and worth the money. Everything was very good and the biscuits were hot with the butter it was amazing. And their Spin spinach Dip was a big hit. There was so much food we ended up taking it home. I didn’t but I definitely will be back and the waitress was amazing. I can’t remember her name but it started with a K! We will definitely be back and sit in her section. She was great!!!!

Excellent server! Maria was great. She took our order quickly. Answered all our questions. Our meal was out before we could even think about it. Maria has such a positive attitude while working. Checked back with us to be sure that food was good, and it definitely was very good, and made sure we had everything we needed. What a great asset Maria is to this restaurant. We will be back again.

Baked potato is smaller than a baseball. Ordered 2 steaks medium rare they came out well done. My son didn’t want to wait and ate his well done. I sent mine back and it came back medium well. The person that brought it even said that’s not medium rare. At that point the table was done eating. I ate half due to not wanting to wait for a third. The server did a great job.

New location. Longer wait to sit and staff is learning but phew! Hot food, cold beer, good atmosphere. Music is not blaring, that’s a BIG plus!
They were out of potato skins, must be good! We ordered pickles, sirloins and sides. Rolls were soft and steamy, buttered melted right off yum!
Dinner took about 50 minutes to get delivered but other than that, great experience. Decor is a nice update from the old o’Charley’s as well.
