I have stopped here a few times when in the area for work. Never again. As other comments have mentioned, the staff can be rude to customers, I haven’t personally had anyone be rude to me, but I have seen them get rude with customers. But my biggest complaint is the food is complete garbage. The last few times I stopped here it wasn’t good at all. Today I stopped and just got a roast beef sandwich and a drink and the roast beef sandwich was absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t even eat it. Feel like I just threw $8 dollars in the garbage can. The roast beef tasted old and overcooked, and the bun was stale. At 11 o’clock in the morning this is what you are serving people? Absolutely insane. Won’t be stopping here again.

Management is extremely disrespectful. I’ve been here twice and I can say that every time I came in the management was bitching at the underpaid employees. Today I had to say something, because not only did I witness the management outrageously nit picking at every little thing they did but FAT SHAMING employees based on what they ate on lunch. If this is how they treat their employees I couldn’t imagine what they say about the customers. As a parent I’d be pissed if my CHILD came home complaining about an ADULT fat shaming them and publicly humiliating them. I guess this company hires anybody to run a place like this. Wouldn’t be surprised if this place shut down by how awful these grown adults treat underpaid children who are suppose to be in school learning or studying at home.

I have ordered 4 or 5 chocolate or jamocha shakes from here. There is barely any flavor and only a hint of coloring. It might as well be vanilla. Have asked to have it remade twice (2 different occasions) and still so cheap on adding a couple squirts of flavor. I don’t get it. Why not just make a chocolate shake chocolate?

The last 3 times I have been to this place, the customer service has been awful. If you hate your job that much, get a different one, you don’t have to be rude and spiteful in the drive thur. No, thank you, and have a nice day. Nothing just here is your food.

Food was good, but the restaurant was messy/dirty. The rest rooms were appallingly dirty, and were not handicapped accessible, which was a problem for my 90-yr-old mother.
So…if you like Arby’s, this one’s ok if you don’t need the restroom.

Good place to frequent in the early morning after work, or going into – however, Today (October 6, 2021) I was ridiculed and mocked by the evening staff for my order, and will no longer be returning to this establishment. Clearly a place that has laxed on its care if cooks are able to harass customers without worry or reprimands (aided by the fact that they did not bother to wear name badges).I Attempted to follow up with a manager about this issue, but have been completely disregarded, I will miss the morning crew, but can not abide service like this.

It’s terrible when you ask the girl a question about the drinks because we clearly didn’t get what we ordered and you get a very mouthy response and rudeness from the teenage girl working the window. Se wouldn’t even serve the food to us. Got another girl to do it while she stood to the side trying to hide. Ridiculous and very terrible service after paying almost 50$ for the food.

I love Arby’s food but the one manager is very very rude to Customers especially ones that need a little bit to figure out what they want. she’s thrown stuff disrespectfully on the counter she got snappy when I came in one time because they forgot my marinara sauce for my Mozzarella sticks the other workers are very nice to customers! she is making it where Arby’s is loosing customers. Please do something because customers shouldn’t be getting bullied by a employee!!
