My wife and I have been there three times. The first time was awful! They brought us two raw steaks twice, then brought them out burnt the last time before we finally told them to forget it. The next time was quite a few months later, and we ordered burgers. They were really good. We enjoyed them. This weekend, we tried the steaks again. They looked pretty, but they were greasy and took a very long timers get to our table. The wait staff was pretty good, but we won’t be visiting there again. After eating that steak, I don’t want to eat steak again for a while. Burgers are good, but I wouldn’t go there for steak.

Placed a pickup order for a salad at 9:15 pm. Walked into the restaurant at 9:30 and waited at the to-go stand for 15 minutes before anyone approached me. Waited another 15 minutes to get my food. Got home and found no croutons on a Caesar salad. If you want great service go to their competitor. If you want good service just grab fast food. If you like to wait around for mediocre food with no service then this is the place to go.

Went back a week later and again didn’t get greeted. Took another video with just me standing in the lobby alone. Refused to order anything this time so went next door and had a great dinner.

Solid chain steakhouse and location. The smoked wings had a nice flavor and the buffalo sauce spot on. The sirloin on the salad done perfectly on a good salad mix. Reasonable prices and good services to boot. Worth the stop when traveling or if living local. Eeyore says a solid 4 of 5 tail spins.

The prime rib is awesome, great flavor. The only downer was the sad horseradish. It tasted more like mayonnaise, the quality of the prime rib was so good and that was a total bummer. The queso dip is super, and the tea was good!

David Huddleston made us the most beautiful onion rings and the steaks that Tara cooked were amazing! Our waitress Ashley Alford was so sweet, timely, and continually checked in on us! Great experience

We did not have to wait on a table, but had to wait a bit on our food. The waiter was very attentive and extremely nice. When we finally got our food, the steaks were different than we’ve ever had there before. They didn’t have the “grill” style, and were totally out of “shape” for a steak. One looked like a round ball, the other looked very small, and mine, I had to send back to get cooked properly. If the steaks don’t go back to the “Logan’s way”, I’m not sure that I will get my “steak fix” there again. Maybe that was a one time thing. I forgot to take pics of the steaks, guess I was still in shock ….

Waited quite a while before meals were served. Asked for a 160z medium well ribeye….received medium rare….retried and brought a 12oz well done ribeye. Fries were horrible. Service not the greatest.

I find that this location is fantastic to take my friends to. We can actually talk to each other without shouting to each other, like at a noisy bar/music concert or having to text each other from across the table. The service was awesome! My table was clean, my drink was never empty, and the bathroom was clean. I had a salad and drink. If you want a steakhouse without the 60-90minute wait, with good food, and great service from people like Ant, Amber, or Jessica, go to Logan’s. I will be back again soon.
