Today we decided to celebrate our anniversary here. We’ve never been to this Logan’s since moving to Prattville 2 years ago. We ordered an appetizer of fried mushrooms to start along with2 margaritas. Then we each ordered an entree that included 2 sides each of which we both chose salads. It took quite a while to get our mushrooms. When she set them on the table I started to ask if she either dropped most of them or ate them. We received NINE mushrooms which we paid $8.49 for. That’s outrageous. At Outback you pay $9.79 and you get a huge basket that has enough for 4 people. They brought our entrees and we had to ask for our salads which should have come between the appetizer and the entree. We had asked for water also but never got it. I ordered fish that was delicious. My wife the steak and it was good. We were just disappointed in the service and the value we received in the appetizer.

Had not been to Logan’s in a long time, since they closed the one in Crestwood/ Bham area years ago. The service was friendly at this location and I noticed that they have really trimmed the menu. Not a bad dining experience although the ribeye was a bit undercooked.

The service was excellent. The server’s name is Bailey. She was terrific. The problem was the food. My wife and I both ordered steaks, which cost about $21 each. They didn’t look or taste like steaks. It seemed more like hamburger than steak. It was supposed to be Logan steaks. We’ve eaten many steaks before, but this seemed like hamburger that was called steak. We were disappointed. At least the service was good, and we didn’t have to wait for a table.

Restaurant goers beware. It is not worth it.
We were seated immediately, which was great.
However, our waitress took around 5 minutes just to acknowledge us and take our drink orders, without asking about appetizers or giving us a chance to even order any, which being busy, is understandable…
Wait another 10 minutes, and she brings a basket of rolls finally. No drinks yet. No plates for the rolls, so we used the napkins our silverware was in. (We never were even offered plates for them.)
Wait longer. My husband and I get our drinks, and our daughter is told hers is still being made. No straws by the way.
Another 10 minutes goes by, and she finally gets our daughter her drink and then she asks us if we need MORE TIME or are ready to order. Of course we tell her we are ready to order, also finally giving us our straws.
It takes 10 minutes before just a salad is delivered, and another 30 minutes before we get our food, and I kid you not, right when we were about to get up to leave and ask for our check for the drinks and the salad, we see a different person rushing our food to us. I literally took a NAP waiting on our food, it took so long.
Oh, and they were missing one of our sides ordered for one of the meals, so we had to ask for it.
Meanwhile, the table beside us that got there around the same time we did has had 2 baskets of rolls, food delivered and drinks, refills, and a $10 giftcard from management!
Oh, and they had someone join them while we were waiting on our food. I had told my husband if they got their food before we did, since they had barely been there, that I was walking out period.
Their food and drinks were served in less than 20 minutes total of their being there, which was right after we got our food at this point.
Meanwhile, during this time, we got the one basket of rolls, which was emptied, and she TOOK a while after being emptied without offering any more, the finished salad bowl, ZERO DRINK REFILLS, and received food that, the sides were cold, the steak that was ordered medium was well done and inedible, tasting like burnt rubber, our daughter’s sliders had burnt bits on them that made her not want to eat them, and overall an unenjoyable Veteran’s Day lunch.
Oh, and the waitress was on her phone standing in a corner most of the times that we were waiting for our orders, as well as the tables around us that she was ‘conveniently’ serving slower than others that were being given giftcards and such.
We will not be back.

Went in for lunch about 10 people all together in there and we waited 15 mins for a server. Everytime the server came to our table he wouldnt even let me finish saying what I would like to drink. Brings the food out and I had ordered a everything salad it came out with meat and lettuce no dressing nothing and the nachos were so black from sitting under the heat lamp. He never came back with the check or anything had to ask a passing server.

Went here on Friday around 830 pm. Not busy but not empty either. Got a table right away. Took 10 minutes to get drinks, 35 minutes to get food. Ordered a steak. It was absolutely flavorless. It was less than warm. My french fries were cold. The table behind us had same waitress. They came in about 10 minutes after us. They got their food about 10 minutes before us. Waitress never offered drink refills. The best thing about our food was the croutons on the salad. After eating the waitress had a major attitude when we asked for the check. I should’ve asked for the manager instead. When she came back to the table with my card and the receipt she refused to speak. Waffle house across the street from here is a better option because you get your food hot there and it actually has better taste than Logans. To sum it up DO NOT EAT HERE, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Edit. Logans response was for me to contact them. I did. Crickets. They claimed that they wanted a chance to make things right. I have not heard a sound from them. Being said their food is not good and management is not honest. Just go eat elsewhere to save yourself from terrible service, food, and dishonest management.

My family stopped after church, they were not busy at all. We had to wait 50 minutes for 2 burgers, chicken tenders (fries for sides on those 3 orders) and a steak, Caesar salad and baked potato. I requested that my steak be medium-rare it was closer to well done and barely warm. The salad was wilted and over dressed, and the potato was under cooked. The fries were stale, and the burgers which should have been well done were under cooked. We could visibly see that staff were flirting and shadow boxing in the kitchen. If we return it will only be for drinks at the bar.

Visited on a Friday night as a party of four. Server was new; however, she was trying her best. Our experience was negative but not because of her.
Ordered three adult entrees and one child. The child’s food came out 30 minutes after ordering. It was another 25 minutes later before two of the adult entrees came. The last entree came out 10 minutes after for a total wait of 65 minutes.
The ticket times were entirely too long. Definitely will not be returning.

First I want to start with the seating. Over half of the restraunt was empty yet we were told we had to wait 20 minutes to be seated. Over 30 minutes later we had to ask to be seated. Then… the worst rolls I have ever received. They were hot but they were flat. We asked the waitress if we could have different rolls and were brought out the same way. Nithing light and fluffy about them. They were packy and had not be set to rise. Very disappointed.

Food was decent. Drink selection is decent. What made our night was Hannah the bartender! She was funny, friendly, and made us feel at home. Best bar personality we have met in Prattville so far. You can go see her Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday behind the bar. We will definitely be back on her shifts for dinner. Thanks again Hannah!
