Exceptional Experience!
Wow, what an amazing dinner experience we had last night at Logan’s Roadhouse!
Emily was our server, she was amazing!! She went out of her way to make sure EVERYTHING was perfect!!
Our steak was cooked perfectly!
She paid extra attention to our kids, making sure they had a spectacular and personalized experience like no other!

Our first time at a Logans and where to start! Great experience all the way around but I will start with our server, Shawn!! He was friendly, prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable!!! We got drinks and started with the bacon on a stick and the fried stuffed jalapeno poppers! They were both delish!!! I got the spicy margarita and it was good but not as spicy as i would like. Shawn was a phenomenal server and observed my boyfriend and I were taking our time to enjoy our drinks and apps. He suggested we place the salt shaker at the end of the table when we were ready to order. This is the type of service that is above and beyond. We are restaurant managers ourselves and wish we could steal him for our own restaurants!! i am not a big fan of sirloins but we got it because the menu said it was their signature.we ordered it medium rare and i was shocked at how juicy, flavorful and delicious it was. I cannot emphasize enough how perfect shawn was. he cleared the table checked on us often and he seemed to genuinely enjoy his job. the manager Jennifer came by and she was great as well.

Food was good. Service was okay. My main complaint is that I had to ask for rolls. Never has that happened to me in my whole life. I came strictly for the rolls. My roll basket should never be empty. When I paid she took my card and took her sweet time to give it back to me. If you are taking my card I would like it back as soon as possible.

We used to enjoy coming to this place, but the service has declined significantly in a very short amount of time. On 02/18 at approximately 6:00 PM, my family and I came in for dinner. We waited 3–4 minutes just to be greeted and seated. After being seated, we waited at least 7 more minutes without anyone acknowledging which caused us to walk out. There wasn’t any shortage of waiters.

First time at Logan’s Roadhouse, and I was very impressed with our experience. The service was exceptional. The food was excellent; I ordered the prime rib, which was probably one of the best I’ve ever had in terms of flavor and tenderness. On point. This establishment is well-suited for watching sports and enjoying a few drinks with appetizers or simply socializing with friends and family. Our food arrived promptly.

I’ve been a loyal customer at Logan’s Roadhouse in Fort Oglethorpe for over 10 years. Our family has celebrated countless birthdays, anniversaries, and casual get-togethers here…..it’s been our go-to spot.
Sadly, our last visit changed everything. The waitress assigned to our table had a deep voice and an attitude that was outright hostile. Every request—extra napkins, a side substitution, even a simple refill—met with eye rolls, sharp replies, or outright disdain. We were so intimidated that we barely spoke, afraid of setting her off. I’ve never experienced service that consistently hateful and unwelcoming in all my years of dining out.
Because of this one unbearable experience, we’ll never return. From now on, our family gatherings will be at Hixon instead. What a disappointing end to a long tradition.

Absolutely amazing meal. Jennifer our waitress was awesome. The steaks we had were delicious and cooked perfectly. I will say one of the best dinning experiences. Could not ask for a better steak dinner and the price was amazing

We’ve been traveling for about a week as a family of five. This was the best experience we’ve had so far. Amazing food and service.
