I ordered steak w eggs and it was raw like bleeding raw (picture shown), I called which the manager was nice and helpful, I picked up the remade steak which that was also raw not as bad as the first one but still definitely not medium rare. Do not order steak here it is definitely not worth refrying when u get home because they can’t do it.

Cracker Barrel isn’t the type of place I’d normally leave a review at. They’re basically the “you know what to expect no matter where you go” type of place. Leaving this review just to highlight our waiter, Jackson. He was 100% on it in terms of service and hospitality. One member of our party, their daughter lost her first tooth and he was helping her search for it and everything. Great service from our local Cracker Barrel, hats off to Jackson.

I had the turnip greens and they had a really bad taste also the meatloaf was dry and tasteless I know it’s just warmed over and not made fresh but it was not good. But the server was very nice and very cordial I brought a young man from Spain that never been there and he really enjoyed his food he got the fried chicken

My wife enjoys shopping in the front store for hard to find unique gifts. Waiting in line to be seated can be cramped sometimes. We have experienced friendly server’s and its wide menu selection has something for everyone. How ever, the food preparation has been hit and miss. Some food looks and tastes like it’s been sitting around for hours. Sometimes the food is not cooked completely. I believe that quality control is missing here.

A fabulous early dinner here and then we spent the night in the campervan. While there isn’t dedicated RV parking here, we were undisturbed for the night as Cracker Barrel is fabulous for supporting the vanlifers by letting us use their parking lot for overnight. There’s a “If you’re eating, we ask that you please purchase a meal” and so we did.
Mrs. K. enjoyed the trout with carrots and a baked potato. I chose the meatloaf with mac & cheese and green beans. Everything arrived pretty quickly and as we ordered, along with a basket of biscuits. A pretty solid portion – enough that the biscuits went into a box and were our breakfast this morning.
We’re huge fans of Cracker Barrel and will continue to patronize them on our journeys.

I have not found anything I didn’t like at this Cracker Barrel! I’ve eaten breakfast, lunch and dinner on different occasions. I love the atmosphere, the service is very friendly and accommodating. The prices are aren’t any higher than any comparable restaurants in the area. I also love the perks and the shopping!

The last few visit the food was cold and tasted like it was re-heated from the day before. Today we went to eat lunch and the food tasted like it was reheated again. Every year we are looking forward to see the Christmas decorations. I was very disappointed, they have 3 little Christmas trees. Decoration were…. not like Cracker Barrel’s used to have in the past. I feel like the people in charge don’t like Christmas. The atmosphere was different something has changed at one of my favorite restaurants.

I ordered $50 of food from Cracker Barrel lastnight. It was probably the 5th, and final, time I’ve ordered and got the wrong thing. This time they topped themselves: they were out of almost everything and instead of calling me, or even just putting anything in the plate, they wrote “don’t have” on my ticket and didn’t give me anything! Just sent it out to me like that! So I paid for it and they brought me what leftovers they had from the day and no words or refund?? This business won’t last much longer.

Well it took me a while to find what I wanted on the “new” menu.
Found a piece of parchment paper on my country fried steak and they apologized and tried to replace my meal but I wouldn’t let em. Over all. Was a great experience and the food was fantastic!

Sat at table that wasn’t washed off all the way, my silverware was clean, and what is up with the sausage? It tastes like cardboard. And my eggs were served over easy instead of medium.

Food is maybe average. I ordered a grilled chicken salad. The chicken appeared to be pre-cooked and heated up. Cracker Barrel used to put their marinated chicken tenderloins and homemade croutons on their salads with a cheese wedge. Now it’s like a fast-food restaurant salad. I had enough reward pegs for a free entree, so that’s why I choose Cracker Barrel for lunch, otherwise I would have chosen another venue for lunch. Very disappointed.
