Friendly and attentive service. Food portions are generous so come hungry or plan to take leftovers home. As other reviews have suggested, the grill is somewhat inconsistent. Part of your meal will be overcooked, some perfectly cooked, and some undercooked. Given the large portions we had plenty to eat but it seems to be an ongoing struggle at this location. I still recommend dropping in to enjoy good food and friendly people.

Morgan was our server and she was just wonderful. The food and drinks were good and the atmosphere was good old country. It’s a great place for a steak, salad and sweet potato. Portions are large. Would return!

Good place to eat! We enjoyed it. We don’t have any of these restaurants where we live but if they did I would go back. We were visiting in the area and ate here for dinner one night. I had the salmon and baked sweet potato which were very good. I did not like the broccoli. It was mushy.

Last night I gave my mother a birthday celebration at this Logan’s. There were 30 people in our party. I want everyone to know that our two servers April and Ashley were sooooooo awesome! We talked in the beginning about what they thought was the best way to handle things and then those ladies rolled! The glasses were filled, there was plenty of bread, the orders were taken and given in and orderly fashion and they were super nice and friendly. Nobody wanted for anything! Everytime April yelled out “Does anybody need anything” the answer was no. I have been there with 2 people before and my service was not that good! Thank you April and Ashley for making my mom’s special day so great!

Was on the road heading back from Maryland to Raleigh and decided to get us to go order and when I tell you, this bone in ribeye was cooked to perfection? Huge, juicy, perfectly cooked, perfectly seasoned. I literally pulled over into the parking lot and ate half of it in the car. I haven’t been to Logan’s in a while because we don’t have too many where I live but my husband and I just saw Logan’s the other day while we were traveling and I told him we needed to go there because I used to go all the time back in the day. We typically go to Longhorn, but if there was a Logans in our area, and maybe there is and I just need to find it, that’s gonna be our new spot. Called in the order and had it in hand within 20 minutes. Excellent service as well. And I’m a steak connoisseur. I order my steaks at home from backyard butchers so they’re high-quality and quite expensive. The steaks at Logans are top-notch and so Is the service!

My coworker and I went to the PRIVATELY OWNED Logan’s roadhouse and had a terrible experience. Everything started off great the service as well as the salad. Upon receiving our steaks, both asked to be cooked medium rare, were cooked well done. I asked for another steak cooked right and a manager to come to the table. Charlie W was the least bit concerned without dissatisfaction. I tried the battered onion my coworker ordered and they were awful. The manager simple said can we get you another side sir. At this point making up for the side was little too late. While the second steak I order was eatable it was not an appetizing meal. This business is privately owned therefore Logan’s franchise has no say in how it’s run is the impression I’m under. COME HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK OF WAITING FOR EXTENDED TIME TO GET YOUR FOOD RIGHT AND TOO ORDER DRINKS. We came on a Monday night when they weren’t busy and still the overall experience suffered. You can see the uncooked onions in the photo. I wish I would have gotten a picture of the first steak! This restaurant is not recommended by travelers!

The wife and I drove 1 hour to get a steak from this location. It started of a little slow but the waitress made everything better. Food was great cooked exactly the way we asked for it . The service was amazing the young lady took really good care of us . My glass stayed full the entire time . We were not disappointed.

My server was April and my host was Makennah. The service & hospitality was phenomenal once I stepped in the front door. My steak was so amazing (like cutting through butter). The nice manager Charlie brought out the steak the main grill cook Sherita out so I could thank her personally. Love the vibe and atmosphere! Keep up the great work….

The food here generally always tastes great. The steaks are very good! I always get the 8oz sirloin but you can’t go wrong with any of the other steaks. As far as the wait staff goes, I gave a 4 star because it’s not consistent. 8/10 times I’ve gotten a really awesome person but those other two times… Additionally, I’d say it’s most affordable steak place around town. Overall, we love Logan’s!
