My husband, my son and myself sat down for dinner around 7pm. The restaurant only had a few tables that were seated. Our waitress was very quiet, and I had to ask her to repeat herself several times. 15 minutes after we put our order in, our waitress returned to tell us the fried fish special was sold out. I went with a salad not wanting to hold up our other entrees. My son ordered steak, which was dry and horribly chewy. My husband’s burger also lacked flavor. We were never offered refills on our drinks. When the waitress asked if we wanted boxes, we told her the steak was not good and she said “oh,” then asked if we were ready for the check. We paid our bill and left. $85 for a burger, salad, and horrible steak. We opted to not go for breakfast the next day.

Had breakfast here during our stay at the lodge. Food is underwhelming and service is appalling. Breakfast is supposed to be all you can eat, but it’s so bad we only ever ordered extra bacon and coffee, and the waitress never brought it. I had to ask several times for them to even bring us water – two of us had no drink for the entire meal. Would not recommend to anyone. If you’re coming here for the waterpark, you’ll be much happier if you stay at a nearby hotel and eat at nearby restaurants.

Worst $100 meal I’ve ever had. Waiter didn’t mention the specials, kids menus didn’t come with crayons, appetizer came with the rest of the food, avocados were hard and not ripe yet, buttered noodles were hard and not really buttered, chips were stale… just unfortunate because other GWL’s have had spectacular food at their Grills.

Me and one of my children went to the restaurant I don’t remember if it was like 8 o’clock at night 830 at night I know the kitchen did close they were warning us so we did order some nachos before the kitchen closed and I had to say the nachos were delicious I had a fun cocktail a kid had a son virgin cocktail. We enjoyed a great time the staff was super friendly the manager was fantastic and it was so good to his staff, so that’s kind of place you want to frequent when you see a manager pitch again and helping out and taking care of his team. I had the two fun seasonal cocktails. I will say I learned I don’t like bourbon, so do not recommend that one like bourbon is good otherwise it was a little too strong for me.

Not overly impressed, had a steak salad, was not a choice cut of meat, wife had a pesto flat bread and it was pretty underwhelming as well. Daughter had chicken strips and they were overdone. We are staying at the hotel soon and will not be eating here again, unfortunate due to convenience. (Side note, the food at least looked presentable and restaurant was clean with friendly staff)

My recent dining experience can only be described as a complete disaster. What was supposed to be a $13.99 chicken Caesar salad turned into a $20 waste of time. The container revealed nearly a whole head of Romaine lettuce, a meager amount of croutons, and a sprinkle of cheese, all accompanied by a single dressing container. Not the chicken ceaser salad with extra dressing on the side I ordered.
This mess of a meal was promptly returned. The manager, acknowledging the failure, offered a refund along with some “free food.” Little did I know that the complimentary items would be the most burnt chicken tender, resembling more of a charred tire than anything edible. Along with dried out mashed potatoes and sloppy mac and cheese.
In summary, the entire ordeal, from the overpriced salad to the laughable attempt at compensation, left me questioning the establishment’s competence. This culinary catastrophe is one to avoid unless you have a taste for garbage.
This was all after two other attempts to order dinner for our family as we are staying at the Great Wolf Lodge for our sons birthday. You’re better off with gas station food. Would not recommend.

I started my evening with a couple of drinks, including a Bloody Mary, which was expertly crafted and absolutely delicious—truly one of the best I’ve ever had.
But what truly stood out was the incredible meal I enjoyed. I had the pleasure of trying their steak, and I can honestly say it was the best steak I’ve ever had in my life. Just went here, will not be doing the dining credit again if this is the kind of product they offer. Had wait 20 mins just get drinks, understandable only one waitress working the tables. Waitress seamed unhappy, hope it was busy earlier and just worn down? Kids cheese burger had nothing on it , I really mean two buns and a patty , that’s it . Got a frozen drink that was 80 percent ice . Ordered the shrimp pasta, and well it was horrible very oilly, the shrimp that was cooked in the pasta and sauce still had the tails on them, that’s what the pic is of. After detailing three of them I called it quits on the mess I was having. Now I understand places like this charge high prices and the foods usually a 5 out of a 10. But this was horrible and made me loose my appetite. And only reason I’m posting is because year ago came here and had bad service, but had thought it was a one time thing, wow was I wrong.
