DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to interact with the rudest man behind the counter. I went in asking for a simple breakfast sandwich, a staple of NY delis, and something I’ve grown up loving. I am born and raised on Long Island, and I have never ONCE heard of a deli that stops serving simple breakfast sandwiches after a certain time. The man scoffed at me and said that it was common knowledge that they don’t sell breakfast after a certain time. He treated me like an idiot. I hope the owner knows how rude he is to customers. I will never step foot inside this establishment again. Not to mention you can’t consider yourself a deli if you aren’t serving breakfast sandwiches all day. Horrible service.

Didn’t like the experience.. I placed an order at the wrong location, and the person who i was speaking to over the phone gave me an attitude, “what am i suppose to do with the sandwhich, I’m going to get in trouble with my boss.” that’s sounds like a personal problem, to me but I’m kind enough to still pick it up even though it’s my fault but there shouldn’t be any restrictions when it comes to canceling the orders over the phone and getting in trouble, that’s diabolical behavior. I shouldn’t have called and left the sandwhich there. The “Boss” should just let the employees either eat it or throw it away. That simple. Losing money? You should be just fine. Will never eat here w| that type of service, and didn’t know the place exist.

Ask for hash brown on my sandwiche. Pay for hash brown. And then they don’t include it on my sandwich.

Heavy handed with any sandwich calling for bacon. That’s 5 star behaviour right there, in a good way. Service is 5 star, and so is there coffee. Parking available around back.

I know this place in and out. Beware kitchen is a caos, and the storage room is the worst place.mold and fungus on the floors, they put all their deliveries over milk crastes to keep them away from the dirty water that always flood the basement storage.

Food is good, nice breakfast sandwiches. Coffee is fresh. A bit on the pricey side, but it is Locust Valley after all.
