Haven’t been to this location for a long time and I feel things have gotten worse not better. Mayo on chicken sandwich was clotted, onion rings were barely done and soggy, and chicken fries seemed old. This in spite of how long it took and I was only one in drive through. Did not eat the sandwich or finished rings and chicken fries. Very disappointed

Not the greatest service. This is the second time this month we stopped. The first time I paid for a 12 and an 8 piece chicken fry meal but only received 2 (8) pieces meals. Then tonight I ordered from the value menu, a cheeseburger and fry… And got the cini minis. They were cold, hard and had no frosting.

Three employees total during peak dinner times on a week day. The employees are melancholy and very blunt in telling you about your wait. They simply can’t keep up. I wish I could say this was a recent development but it’s been this way or worse since the beginning. Whoever is running the place is insuring it’s failure.

Last night I say around 7 to 7:30 pm. Me and my wife and my kids decided we were gonna eat burger king. No customer greeting no respect for the customer and For management to have NO respect for customers in this store is unacceptable. Drive through was all the way out to the main road by winn dixie. Walk in , I was the only one in the lobby , and I literally stood there for almost 15 minutes before anyone took my order.Why everyone else was just running around feeling orders. What makes me mad?The most is , I spent $54 dollars in some change. My food literally sat on the counter for ten minutes. And even then my order was still wrong. Our food was cold by the time we got down home?The french fries were ice cold. And I really truly do not like complaining , but this by far is definitely the worst service I have received since I have moved to middleburg. Oh , not to mention the people that I actually walked out and pissed off. To run a busy night like last night.You should at least had about 8 people working not 6.If you’re going to have nights like that , you need to take into accountability to call someone in that wants to work. There is really nothing else to talk about. But I will not bring bringing my business back to burger, king. Especially this one.

All fast food in Middleburg sucks now. Just go to Black Creek Cafe and stop paying for disappointment at Hardee’s, Burger King and McDonald’s. Sonic sucks, too, did I miss any? Oh yeah, Whataburger…. They were the worst of all the fast food places. Just awful. Y’all suck.

Stopped here for a quick bite during a road trip.
Brenda was the counter person. She was friendly and helpful with our order, extra points for being nice.
We ordered a Whopper, large fries, large onion rings, and a large fountain drink. Order was 100% correct and everything tasted good as far as fast food goes.
The facility was well-organized and (compared with previous Burger Kings in Florida) actually clean. The bathrooms were also very clean✅️
We would stop here again if we had a fast food craving and are driving through the area.

Not sure why the drive thru was closed last night. The food was fresh and made quickly. They ran out of SpongeBob meal, strawberry lemonade and kids meal toys but offered a dessert to replace the toy. Staff was polite and the dining room was clean.

I had a coupon, and some how was upcharged for wanting onion ring in place of fries. Never had this happen at any other location. Have reached out to the distric manager two times in the last two weeks and have been ghosted. Very sad

This place has definitely gone down just as most of the Clay County Burger Kings in the last 5-10 years. I would give them a 2, but its kind of in comparison to all of the other Burger Kings that seem to get dirtier, slower, the food more underwhelming.

Okay I usually don’t give only one star. This is the third time I’ve been here and either food was not good or they messed up my order. You would think for a new establishment that they would take a little bit more pride in what they do. If I’m going to spend $7 on a sandwich I would expect it to be a decent sandwich and not greasy.
