I keep giving this deli multiple second chances because the owner is such a nice guy and their overall quality is good. In the past I have accepted wrong orders, orders being significantly delayed and/or missed. There just seems to be a lack of order and control and this morning was a perfect example. Called in a basic egg sandwich order 3 bacon egg and cheese for my work team. Was told “come right down”. Showed up in 15 minutes later only to wait an additional 25 minutes for my order. People placing egg sandwich orders after mine receiving before me. Staff was apologetic but it was empty apologies and time still went by with my order not being completed. This is unfortunately the sign of the times and I feel bad for owners but it’s also not fair for the customer who is paying the price and we are supposed to just accept poor delayed service. 40 minutes for 3 egg sandwiches at nearly $10 each shouldn’t be the new norm.

I dropped in here for a few pickup orders we had placed earlier in the day. Four came out quickly. The fifth one took about a half hour where I stood waiting while the staff helped incoming customers. Eventually a staff member asked if I was being helped and found our missing sandwich within a couple of minutes. Food was good though.

– 1032 pulled up to parking lot. Sat in car because i know they take a while to cook
– 1042 walked in to get order, didnt have it ready. They didnt start it yet. Said they didnt have my number to call me back and say they didnt have the bagel i wanted. Its 2025 everyone has caller ID.
– 1051 a fly was bothering me while i was waiting for my food. Owner came out on salesfloor and started to complain about delivery guy.
– 1052 finally got my order. Took 25 minutes even though it was dead.
– 1058 got home, at least the order was right.

Bikes And Burnouts
Totally butchered my breakfast sandwich order, and charged me $13. Burnt the bread, and missing half the ingredients. Hit or miss. This place is close to my house and when they get the order right I really like the food, but that’s 65% of the time.

Amazing quality salads, prepared hot foods, premade paninis and wraps. Can be busy sometimes, and can become crowded so order ahead if possible, but the staff handles everything great.
