Services was horribly slow. After sitting down, it took at least 15 minutes before a waitress took our drink order and gave us a menu. Took a while to get our drinks. Took approximately 30 more minutes to get our food. Then when I got my food, I was disappointed in what I saw. The catfish fillet was actually half a fillet. The last time I was there it was an actual whole fillet. Disappointing experience all around.

Better than expected, lots of variety on the menu and Includes some Asian cuisine as well! Staff are friendly but seemed distracted and unclear on who was waiting on our table. Wait time was a out 15 minutes after ordering. For Lockhart being a small town, this is a great non-BBQ option.

Great food and service. Seafood was fresh and cooked superbly. Some of the best fried shrimp and oysters I have had. The staff are friendly and attentive. In a town famous for Texas BBQ, this place is a definite gem of its own. Give it a try!

Restaurant was new, clean and roomy. The waitress was attentive and friendly. The food was great. Portions were the right size for the price. I had the grilled red snapper, scallops and oysters. All cooked perfectly. We will definitely return.

Horrible experience. Will not be back when it’s crowded. Not enough help. Brought meat out about an hour after arriving but not the side dishes (vegetables). Waited 10 minutes on someone to take our pay, before leaving. Was there for near 2 hours and food was eaten in only 15 minutes of the 2 hours. We got no drink refills, because none was offered. Waitress came by once asked if we were OK. Told her what we needed, but 20 minutes later she still hadn’t brought it. Ketchup isn’t on the table either. I was given 2 small plastic containers and never offered any more. Asked for salad dressing and was never brought any. The people next to us was there before us yet never received their food by the time we got up to leave. Tomatoes in my partners salad were bad and none were even put in mine. The police even blocked the parking lot while stopping a vehicle that drove in. The Food is tasty, but not worth waiting for and some food is rotten like the tomatoes. Also, do not expect to receive what you ask for. Especially when it comes to condiments such as Ketchup and salad dressing or tomatoes and pickles on your salad.

This was our second trip here and we were not disappointed! The service is great and the food is delicious! The boudin balls were awesome and the fried rice was very tasty. The coconut shrimp was a tad over-cooked but it was still very good.

We ordered 4 different seafood entrees. The crawfish etoufee was awful — I couldn’t eat more than a couple of bites. The shrimp was pretty good, though. Maybe the steak would have been a safer choice.

The meal I selected was fish/shrimp, 2 sides. I chose salad and Cajun rice. It wasn’t until our order came out that the waitress told me they had just ran out of Cajun rice and she also had just been notified. I was offered a different side. I chose baked potato. I was told it was extra, $2.99. I declined and asked if the cost of my meal could be reduced since I didn’t receive 2 sides as the menu stated. The waitress said she would ask the owner, Na, but knew the answer would be “no”. The owner, Na, did not provide good service after running out of the side, Cajun rice, that I ordered. I think she could have easily allowed me to get a baked potato without an extra charge as a simple solution or reduce the cost of meal that I had with only one side. Small things matter for customer satisfaction. I was very disappointed and dissatisfied. I will not be visiting that place of business anytime in the near future.
