Good country food served by friendly cou try folks. I had the buffet which included fried whole catfish and also fillets. Baked f8sh and boiled shrimp as well. Plentiful sides and very good greens and black eyed peas!!

My family wanted to celebrate my dad’s 86th birthday at this place. They raved about how good the fried fish is. The hostess, Nancy, was extremely rude from the time I called to make reservations to when we actually got to the restaurant. If it had just been on the phone for the reservation, I would have passed it off as she was just having a bad day. When we got to the restaurant, she literally pushed into us and acted like we were such a bother. Our server, Danielle, was phenomenal and saved the experience for our family. My family seemed to enjoy the food, and we had a great time with each other. For me, the baked fish and boiled shrimp were extremely salty, but if they backed off the seasoning it could be good. The kitchen did keep everything on the buffet fresh. The local people seem to enjoy it as there was a long line to get in and the place was packed.

Everything on the buffet was cooked properly, Not over cooked, & delicious …the spicy shrimp were really big & perfectly seasoned. The fried shrimp were huge & not over cooked. The frog legs were large & not over cooked. They had both whole fried catfish & filet fried fish, both were perfectly cooked. All the sides were good & the banana pudding was homemade & fantastic!

First time at Locke’s we will be making a 1.5 hour drive quite often. The boiled shrimp on the buffet are by far the best EVER! Great food and great prices! All the staff was so nice. We can’t wait to go back very soon.

I didn’t do the buffet because i dont eat catfish . I ordered the chicken tenders dinner. The tender was moist, and juice okra was good didnt care for mac and cheese taste like something out of the box. My other family got the buffet, and they said it was ok .Brother law got the burger and enjoyed it .Want be going back for ok food. The other people in the restaurant were enjoying themselves eating it was packed . Just not my cup of tea

We were traveling from Michigan and it was suggested we stop here. We loved the seafood buffet. Everything was fresh. We got here just as they opened and it was obvious this place was popular. It didn’t take long for it to fill up.
