I have been going to this location over 5 times a week for a couple years now. The staff is amazing! They know me and my drink… sometimes having it ready before I order! You can tell they work well as a team and going there definitely adds joy to my morning routine. Stop by and enjoy some great coffee served by a great crew! Cheers!

My car broke down on the highway, and I pulled into their parking lot to wait for a tow truck. While I was there, I decided to grab a coffee. The girl working the drive-through was incredibly kind and thoughtful. She went out of her way to ask if I needed any help, which meant more than she probably realized.
You don’t come across customer service, or genuine kindness, like that very often. The coffee she made was excellent, too! Thank you for turning a really stressful morning into a better one.

I’ve been going to Dutch Bros for 12 years now, & the La Rivera location has been by far the best & my favorite. The majority of staff and I have built great relationships. I moved closer to another Dutch location recently but continue to got out of my way to come back to La Rivera. The La Rivera crew sets the standard for outstanding customer service combined with efficient, professional care.

Came at 11:20 and they close at 12, I never go somewhere 30 min before close but thought 40 would be more then enough for a milk! Apologized to the blonde girl taking my order but she just seemed extremely angry that I was there no matter what, if they can’t serve people after 11 without acting like I came after close they should just close at 11

I would have rated it a 0 but I can’t. Let’s start by customer appreciation. They do not have it doesn’t matter how many times they see you throughout the week. They do not value you or your money or your experience, I. Pay almost $6 for 1 drink. And they continuously messes up my drink when I go back to get it fixed. I’m not compensated and they give me nasty attitude about their mistake. And this Dutch Bros is more expensive than the most Dutch Bros in the area. So you would think because they’re more expensive? The quality all the way around would be completely better and it isn’t. I will get this 0 out of 10 based off. Experience atmosphere and speed and drinks being made. The manager is horrible does not value. Customers at all will be upset with customers because they came and had their drinks we remade. I just.

Every time they half ass my order, they’ve become incredibly inconsistent. Either the staff just never learns the menu, or they do generic orders and ignore any specifics from customers. Over and over I’m handed something I didn’t order. Get it together, guys. If I order the same drink, I shouldn’t be handed something different each time. I shouldn’t be getting different ingredients than listed on the menu. A splash of cream does not mean make it whiter thank chocolate milk.
