I’m usually not a sports bar guy- too loud, too rowdy, and unless it’s a Boston or New England team, I’m not emotionally invested. Besides, the waitresses are always tougher (and hotter) than me. But Localz genuinely surprised me.
Our server, Haylee, was fantastic and made us feel instantly welcome on a rainy, gloomy afternoon. She recommended the Steak & Cheese Tots and Porky Pig Tots, and wow… these were easily the best tater tots I’ve ever had. Perfectly crisp, zero sogginess, and full of flavor. Localz officially set a new benchmark for tots.
I’ll be back to try more of the menu, but based on this visit alone, this is now my go-to sports bar in St. Pete. Friendly service, great food, and a much better vibe than the typical sports bar experience.

I came in late last night for some dinner and a drink with a friend. Super calm environment, great playlist. The food was AMAZING the proportions were excellent. Felt like we ate like queens. Get the skyway margarita if you like something on the stronger side. Absolutely great service from Abby. Overall great experience, will definitely be coming back. Compliments to the chef on the food too. DTSP burger best one I’ve had all year

Really hands down my new favorite bar food spot. I had the rodeo burger with the localz tots absolutely banging. We also ordered boneless wings and the toffee butter cake to die for would definitely go back. Only downside was as a fat girl the barstools are uncomfortable they do have benches outside though. Updated review can’t lie I have door dashed this place quite a bit last two weeks and I just tried their pork sandwich and dear goodness it’s really unbelievably delicious. So good I had to come back to edit the review and add new photos

Sat outside. Nice weather. Dog friendly restaurant. It is right next to Al Lang and the St.Pete Grand Prix will be going right in front of it. Tots are great! Husband got the Philly Cheesesteak ones and loved them. I got the Porky ones. They needed more bbq sauce. Bone in wings are great! Wouldn’t recommend the boneless. Maple bacon sirahcha sauce was good, but not hot. Peach mango habenero was too sweet, not enough heat. Son had kids burger and fries. He enjoyed it. The brussel sprouts are yummy! Drinks were cold and served in timely fashion.

Bartenders are great and food is fantastic. Plus their specials each day of the week are great deals. One of my new favorite wing spots. Fried in beef tallow and not breaded.

Great local restaurant in Downtown St Pete! This is the best Philly cheesesteak we have found anywhere! Authentic Philly so good!!! The bun was nice and fresh, the steak was cooked perfect and juicy not dry like most, the cheese was just perfect! By the way Fridays is Philly Friday.
The sweet potato fries are also some of the best I’ve had. Great food, local bar atmosphere and our server Steve was great! I highly recommend checking them out!!!

Amazing food from the wings to the Philly sandwich! I can’t get enough I am a faithful guest at this affordable downtown Stpete location. It’s also a plus that the Rowdies soccer stadium is literally right across the street! Fan favorite ❤️

My first time here. Thought it was going to be crazy busy during lunch/boat show. It was steady, but nothing crazy. We got to the restaurant around 3:30pm. Got to our table with no wait time. Our server, Maddy, started out fine with ordering our drinks and appetizer. When we were ready to order, it was about 3:50pm and got our order placed, while ordering one more round of beer. Food took over 30 minutes to get to us, totally fine, not the problem. It was a little after 430pm but still not one check in from our server if we wanted another drink, water, etc while we waited. Out comes our food, which was great! Minus my buffalo chicken wrap not getting my blue cheese crumbles. We finished the second beer and waited for our server to order another round. 445pm, nothing. She never came up to us during our entire meal to make sure things were good or if we needed anything. We waited patiently for her to come back, without saying a word. We figured she was busy (at this time the football game was starting and it did get a tad busier) Once we were already done with our meal and ready to pay around 5pm, we waited. I finally went up to the “manager” on duty wearing shorts and hey dudes, I expressed how we would like our check and how our server never came up to us in over an hour during our entire meal. He responded with “Bummer….” Then mentioned how “it is like the wild Wild West here.” I still don’t think that excuses the lack of service….. I sat back down at the table still waiting for our server to come up with the check; after waiting another few minutes I finally went to the host stand. The “manager” was standing up there with the two hostesses and I repeated that I would like to pay. He mentioned how we should have already had someone drop off a check and let him know that that was not the case. He walked off to maybe find someone to help, unclear…. While at the host stand, Maddy came up and I had to stop her to pay right there. I am not one to complain, but the service was not great. While I am sure Maddy was busy, but to have a “manager” just excuse the fact that no one has come up to us for over an hour and say that it is a “bummer” makes me not want to go back. So the main problem is, in an hour and 10 minutes we didn’t see our server and then basically got mocked by the so called manager on duty…. Such a bummer. If you’re looking for good food, this is the place! If you want any type of service, look elsewhere.

Wait staff failed to tell us they don’t offer the daily special pricing when events are going on downtown. And laughed at us like we should of known that and mentioned “we charge more when events are happening” I live locally and to hear that come from a waiter kinda sucks you would think they would be offering more specials to get people in during events. Not to mention some guy brought his gross dog in to sit at the bar.

Best burgers in Florida Holy Foodgasms!! Cooked purrfectly to MedRare and had the best garlic aioli on it. Hubby had Philly cheesesteak over a salad and it was so delicious! Try the pretzel appetizer; they were scrumptious.
