I’ve been a customer of Local Beet Meal Prep for over a year now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. Their variety of vegan and vegetarian dishes is outstanding–always fresh, creative, and absolutely delicious. I love that there’s something new to try each week, and every meal is made with the highest quality ingredients. Some of my favorites are the curry chickpea patties and mole enchiladas, but honestly it’s hard to choose favorites, because I have so many. The meals are not just tasty — they’re also healthy, unique, and affordable. The owner and staff are genuinely kind and clearly care about what they do. If you’re looking for a meal prep service, or prepared entrees, that makes plant-based eating enjoyable and convenient, Local Beet is the way to go!

I ordered their Mediterranean grain bowls for a business event and everyone loved their lunch! Said it was some of the best hummus they had ever had and were plenty full for hours after, even on a hot day! Allie was great to work with and even gave us a couple of left over meals. So sweet!!

I am not Vegan, just trying to eat better and be healthy. I needed some help with some breakfast and lunch meals during the week while at work. Everything I have had is full of flavor and quality. I have tried other meal prep places and this place is the best overall. Order and pick up is easy and staff is wonderful. I highly recommend them and look forward to seeing what is on the menu next week!

I had a great experience with local beet. I emailed a question about the menu, and got a very professional and polite response almost immediately (outside business hours).
The ordering experience was totally seamless, I was able to use Google checkout with my stored credit card. Easy. After ordering, I got an email with super simple pickup instructions.
Pickup was a breeze. The space was easy to find, and the inside is really beautiful. Allie greeted me with a big smile and I had the goods in seconds flat. 0 friction.
I ordered the pesto pasta, and Thai lettuce wraps. Oh my gawd they were good, y’all. The pasta had flavor on flavor, perfectly balanced in every bite. The Thai wraps were amazing on their own but the sauce (tahini + chili?) made them irresistible. Portions were the right size, and I felt as satisfied as I do when I eat meat.
I’d definitely recommend giving this place a try. Great food, great service, healthy eating, local business. Hard to go wrong with that combo.
