1/24/26 Soft opening. Hours of operation are from 11am-7pm. We came here today to check if this place was open. I initially added the business on Yelp and Google back in November 2025.
It was a full house. We ordered the BBQ Mix $16.95 all macaroni., Chicken Katsu masubi trio $8.75 and BBQ Chicken $14.75 all macaroni. The wait time was reasonable (we got our order approximately 30 minutes).
All of our food was delicious! The Chicken Katsu masubi was crispy and tasty, however, the rice was a little bit thick to the ratio of chicken.
The business opened the doors 4 days ago. They have yet to set the grand opening date.
Friendly workers. They are organized and got through the orders pretty timely.

A very well positive family vibe, especially if you want to be around a Hawaiian Island Style Natural Vibration. Definitely reminded me of home but not only that, the food is delicious, plenty of all kind of combinations along with awesome employees with great attitude and friendly… Must visit, Definitely 5 Stars!!

Best Hawaiian food in the northwest! Highly recommend getting their BBQ mix combo with their katsu chicken and short ribs and the garlic shrimp platter!!! Do not skip on the macaroni salad it’s so good and flavorful! Please grab the cheesecake flan as your dessert if it’s available you wont regret it. The staff here were so nice and attentive! They treated us like we’re Ohana(family). We are definitely going to be regulars here now!

I went in first thing this morning with very high expectations. Family had lived in Hawaii for years and after returning here they spoke highly of L&L as a reminder.
I came, greeted with open arms, great service, kind words, I got a very generous portion with the BBQ Mix plate and the foods very filling, flavor is very good.

I was so excited to have Hawaiian BBQ come to Bonney Lake only to be wholly unsatisfied and sad. I tried the BBQ Mix, I’ve tried the Kalua pig plate, my wife had 3 Spam Musubi (really delicious) & my daughters shared a short rib plate. While the protein was mediocre, the mac salad was dry and flavorless and the rice was dry…the fact that you have to pay an additional 75 cents for teriyaki sauce isn’t great either.
Because of my experience I decided to try and make the short rib plate myself and my entire family agrees my Hawaiian is better than this spot….and I’m not a Hawaiian cook. I was excited about this place because I don’t have confidence in my cooking abilities, but it’s safe to say even my subpar Hawaiian food was better than what we ordered.

Everything about this place is outstanding. The food is fantastic, the service is amazing, the establishment is clean and comfortable, and you get great value for your money. I love the katsu chicken, bbq chicken, and the pasta salad is fabulous. Big shout out the owners and manager of this location for supporting Bonney Lake High School basketball team during the winning season this year.
