Went here for dinner for the first time ever and I’m super glad I did – the portion is HUGE and the woman at the counter was very sweet. The katsu did take a while to come out, but that’s because they made it fresh. Absolutely divine. I will definitely be eating here again.

By far the worst L&L I have tried. Katsu is like cardboard, container is only half filled, probably because the katsu was so thin and rubbery, but it is a little cheaper than some other nearby locations, however the spam masubi here is more expensive than other L&Ls.

Haven’t even tried the food yet but not impressed with the service. Norma has No Customer service skills. She wasn’t even finished with my transaction and she stepped away to show something on her phone to her coworker. Rude. Probably won’t come back.

I’m from Texas. Stopped in to eat and ordered a short ribs plate. They upcharged me 2.00 w/o telling me. Then I discover it doesn’t even come with a drink!!! Side portions were minimal at best. I then ordered a small fountain drink. $2.92!!! I spent 17.58 plus 2.92. Crazy!! NEVER COMING BACK.

Ew. This was disgusting. I came here off the strength of the brand name. I eat at the location in Plano Texas often, and its always wonderful. They actually have real Hawaiians running the place and cooking. Here, they have a bunch of kids , boys in the back serving up garbage… the “short rib” was bland, full of fat and had no sauce on it whatsoever. I’m used to them being perfectly grilled, with a teriyaki soy sort of marinade on them. The Ones I got from here were bland and chewy.. with no sauce on it. Extremely disappointed after spending 30 bucks. I’d for sure pass on this location.
