FYI, the inside is super small. Prepare to wait a while for your order and you’ll have to eat outside or take it home. The food hits the spot most of the time. Being from Hawaii, I would say I’ve had better and worse.

Place it’s very consistent with overcooked food and rude customer service. I tried the kona chicken earlier. It was fried beyond the grave. Today, I tried the BBq chicken salad. Attention, the picture shows a whole different array of the ingredients, including rice. The presentation was just a bunch of lettuce and bits of chicken on top of them, no rice. I asked about that, and the guy that acts as manager said I didn’t take your order and read there in the tv displays where it says the rice is not included. So why it it I the picture then? False advertisement and very misleading. As I’m asking g the question, the individual cuts me off over and over, talking g over me, like saying I don’t care, go away.”” These individuals are not customer service oriented, most importantly, they forget WE pay their salary with our business.

This place has managed to stay consistently bad. Ordered the seafood plate today and the fish was so dried out and burnt that i couldn’t eat it. Most of the chicken had to be picked through because it was burnt and the rice was dried out. I paid extra for the sauce so I could have barbecue, tartar and cocktail sauce. I only received 2 barbecues and 1 tartar sauce. The man at the register was rude. All in all the entire experience was a fail!! I will not be returning

We’ve been going here for many years. I loved L&L. Today, we asked for soy sauce and teriyaki. We live on the other side of town and when we got home, no soy sauce. When I got to the bottom of my mac, I found this piece of metal. Dont know if it’s a staple or what. I wanted to let you know directly so you could be more careful and clean. I called. Just keep getting a busy signal. My last visit and I’m bummed about it.

Good food. Buy, online it says they are open till 8PM. This is not the fact anymore. Apparently they close much soon. I pulled up to get my wife food so she could eat after her class and the lights were off and the chairs were on the tables. Couldn’t read the paper on the door from my truck since it was written on with regular ball point pen and not a sharpie or something.

We went to this little gem of a restaurant on a Wednesday evening as a party of two. Very little wait to place our dine-in order, and food was ready after a 5-10 minute wait. Several tables and seats were available, so no problem there. The food is fantastic, servings are plenty (enough for sharing), and the prices are very reasonable. Very friendly staff and helpful service. Highly recommended!
