I came here months ago but had to leave a review this time around because I tried their breakfast tacos! I had a Machacado a la mexicana and bacon con huevo tacos and they were so delicious. I forgot to ask for them to be maiz but regardless they were amazing!! My boyfriend had a brisket taco, bacon and egg, and a ham and egg taco and he loved it <3.
The staff are so sweet this was are first time trying to order breakfast from here but they were very patient and even offer up suggestions for what we can eat.
We came pretty early so it was very chill, place was nice and clean :).

Customer service is amazing, very welcoming and professional. I ordered Brisket chipotle Alfredo Pasta and it was really delicious, hubby got a Dino rib plate with 2 potato salads also Mac and cheese and let me say it’s been one of the best potato salads I’ve ever tried, super creamy Mac and cheese. I highly recommend this spot.

I’m from Houston and while visiting family in Laredo my Prima turned is on to this place for some of the best menudo I’ve ever eaten! Spicy, flavorful and just all around great!! Go try it for yourself! I highly recommend this place! I’ll be back the next time I’m in town to visit family!

Possibly the friendliest service in Laredo. The owner has a genuine passion for his business and even named it after his daughter, Olivia. The brisket has true smoked flavor, and was extremely moist. The potato salad was fresh and not overpowering and was complimented by quality dill slices. The barbecue sauce was perfectly mild but not too “ketchupy”. The sliders were slightly overdone, but delicious and covered in a healthy dose of cheese. The fries were very thick….reminiscent of potato wedges and required ketchup or ranch dip to moisten them up. The Menudo was spot on with a thick broth and a good mix of flavors without being overpowered by hominy. The atmosphere needs a little work but was decently pleasant. Tables and chairs were sturdy and not l wobbly which is important in my book. If you follow my reviews 4 stars is pretty lofty as 5 stars is reserved for ultimate superiority. A visit to Livi’s is definitely recommended, you will not be disappointed. Besides, you will not get better service and you will be supporting a family business!

Let’s talk about those home-style fries —WOW. Crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. I’d come back just for those!

The food is AMAZING, and the people are even better.
I discovered Livi’s from social media and had to try it. My wife had the brisket alfredo, and I had the dino rib. While we waited on our food they brought us borracho beans and rice to try. Some of the best pinto beans I’ve had in my life!
The brisket on the Alfredo was so tender and flavorful.
The Dino rib was my first ever beef rib and man they set the bar high. Great bark on it, moist and full of flavor.
We finished the visit off talking about fat cap up out down while smoking brisket, and our smokers at home.
We are just visiting Laredo but I will definitely be back before I leave.

Amazing place!!! The brisket is amazing! The best I’ve had in Laredo. The staff and owners are friendly and kind. Great customer service! I had their chicken fried chicken and it was just out of this world. Their barbacoa was even better than Raul’s! Definitely a place to go!!
