Good cafe. We had the omelet and breakfast pancakes. We were seated immediately. Fry sauce that goes with the fries is ok. The staff were kind of cold at the beginning but they warmed up later on.

What a cute little diner! The staff was very kind and attentive, food was amazing, and everything was clean with a quant small town atmosphere. Loved it, would love to come back.

Overall, a decent experience for a small town diner. Service from one waitress was amazing, service from the other was lackluster and at times unfriendly. Food was decent. I’d stop in again knowing now, where my expectations of service and food quality should be.

They charge 18% gratuity for to go orders which you aren’t told about until it is time to pay, I have never seen this before and it makes a big difference on prices when you are just trying to get something quick. I honestly would have gone somewhere else if I had known before.
The food was good and bad. The French toast was very good. The bacon is higher end, thick cut and may even be local.
The scones tasted off and the honey butter had a chemical taste to it. It was so bad that I wish I had tried them before we left so we could have requested our money back.

OMG! The most delicious breakfast! I had the veal and onions, came with 2 eggs, hash browns and I picked pancakes, but you could get toast instead. Mmmm…. ahhhhhh! I can’t get over how fresh the veal was and the hash browns… soooo real! And the eggs, were delish… but the pancakes… O.M.G…. like I never eat pancakes because they always taste so fake and gross… but these were REAL pancakes.. and butter… soooo good! Okay… I want to have breakfast here all the time now! Thank you for everything and the hospitality was just perfect too… I wish I wasn’t 1500+ miles away from home so I could eat here all the time!

This historic gem, buzzing with the warmth of a small-town gathering place, serves up homestyle comfort food. My recent visit was great, and the star of the show was undoubtedly the Chicken Fried Steak with Eggs.
It was golden-fried, the steak crisp yet tender. Each bite was a symphony of textures, perfectly complemented by eggs, over easy. The gravy, rich and creamy, was the perfect finishing touch, tying everything together. But the Little Wonder Cafe isn’t just about the food (though it’s certainly a star!). The atmosphere is great. Friendly servers with genuine smiles make you feel right at home, and the cozy, nostalgic ambiance transports you to a simpler time.
Whether you’re a Richfield local or just passing through, Little Wonder Cafe is a must-visit. It’s the kind of place that reminds you of life’s simple pleasures: good food and warm hospitality. My Chicken Fried Steak experience was nothing short of wonderful, and I can’t wait to return and explore the rest of their menu.
Highly recommend! 5 out of 5 stars!

We ate there dinner at 13-Sep. We ordered just pasta, hot chocolate milk and a chocolate chip Cheese cake. The pasta was OK, but not enough hot. We asked to heat it again. Also the drinks weren’t so hot (we asked them very hot). The Cheech cake was not so good, actually it felt more as a cream cake, not cheese. Service wasn’t so good, maybe because the place was full (it was Saturday evening). Price are reasonable. There is no special atmosphere – it’s just like a simple American diner.

Eat where the famous have eaten and you can rarely go wrong! Chicken fried steak, biscuits and gravy, and the very best pancakes. Coffee was endless and the place was adorable. Best breakfast in Richfield! On your way out/in take a second to read the historic plaque on the corner commemorating the diner’s 2nd owner who bought it after waitressing there for years. Great story.

After relocating to Richfield, this was the first, and frequent “Go To” for our eating out experiences. Family friendly “comfort” food, anytime of the day. I can’t count the many times we have frequented the Little Wonder Cafe, and just as many times there have been other locals not only enjoying the food, but taking advantage of the family environment. My mate always enjoys the bacon & eggs, and I toss back and forth between that, and the Tempura Cod dinner (I’ve also tried their sandwiches). Food is great, atmosphere is warm, always welcoming, and “family” feeling. Anytime we feel like a home cooked meal, without having to deal with the “home” prep, cook, and clean-up, this is our place to come. Never a bad experience, and we’ve been here so much, I think we’ve gotten all the wait staff to memorize our orders. As a side note, being transplants to Richfield, we’ve tried to ask most of the “local” eating establishments the history of their names, and this has been our only failure in finding out where their name is from (at least the wait staff didn’t have a clue). In any case, morning, noon, or evening, you can’t go wrong eating here. Come for the food, and enjoy the “family” environment.

My order was fantastic!!! This seems like a popular restaurant. I can see why. The biscuits and gravy were so good. I like how they made their biscuits. Definitely my go-to place when in Richfield.
