Hibachi steak & shrimp, steak over cooked I asked med rare, very small amount but lots of veggies with a ton of juice all over everything. Salad was so tiny like where is it. Sauces taste gingerly strong all for $52.

The food I received looks amazing my wife and I eat here frequently never had a problem tonight unfortunately staff wasn’t up to par. My wife called to tell them we didn’t receive what we ordered she was told they would get a manager then was told the manager just walked away and she was hung up on. She calls back to be told too bad. At this point I’m upset I call and asked to speak to a manager not even two minutes later and now there is no manager. I hate being told my wife didn’t order correctly even though I was in the vehicle when she called it in. Plus making jokes at the amount of food we ordered was less than appreciated. Will not be coming back.

I’m a regular at this place. Food is always great, never a disappointment. The sushi is my favorite and is amazing. I’ve never had a bad meal here. I highly recommend it.

My husband and I get lunch from here very often, we always order take out and no matter the day or time it always take over an hour. I call my order in, they tell me 15-20 mins it will be ready for pick up and when I arrive to pick it up they tell me it’s going be to an additional 20 Minutes before it’s ready. Now, I can understand some days it’s just busy, but ITS EVERY-TIME NOW, ridiculous especially for the price we are paying.

This is what $25 got me. No fillet mignon. No spit. No lube. No reach around. Just $2 worth of steak, and maybe $2.50 worth of shrimp. When I called to let them know I wasn’t satisfied, I was told unless I was willing to make the hour drive back to Dublin there was nothing that they could do. They obviously couldn’t care less about customer satisfaction. It’s pathetic.
