Little Ting was close by and the reviews looked good.
I ordered the Gravy Fried Todu, Braised Beef Noodle and had a to go order of dumplings since it was a dumpling spot. I haven’t eaten the dumplings yet cuz I’m stuffed like a turkey at the moment. I am certain it’s going to be delicious like the other dishes.
I got served the Gravy Fried Todu first and it didn’t look like the picture but I didn’t mind since I wasn’t there for looks but for taste.
I took a sip of the sauce and I was instantly back in Asia, eating authentic Asian food. That was the first impression of the flavor, then I took a bite of the tofu and it went perfect with the sauce.
Then I got the Braised Beef Noodle and I tasted it and it was the same reaction.
Delicious authentic Asian food. Plenty of noodles that were perfect and fluffy, tasty beef chunks and spiced beefy broth.
I added some hot chili oil, which elevated the whole dish. All in all, I was glad I found this place while visiting Seattle, I’d drive 1.5 hours again just to eat here next time.
Totally worth it, the price was more than fair for the amount and quality.
This place is totally telling the truth about existing since 1971. You can taste it.
100% recommended by an Asian who lived in Asia for 15 years. I know real Asian food when I taste it and Little Ting’s got’s it.
The chive pancake was crispy and delicious.
My go to place in the North End when I’m craving dumplings.
I love their handmade dumplings, the fried ones have the crispy snowflake on them! Try the pork and fennel ones! Especially good with their chili oil, vinegar, and soy sauce on the table!!
