My boyfriend and I stopped in this little restaurant one Saturday afternoon. There was plenty of parking which is very much appreciated. We were greeted by friendly staff and provided courtesy glasses of water. My boyfriend ordered Beef Satay Pho, and I ordered the shrimp and beef vermicelli Bowl. Our food came out very quickly we did not have to wait long, which we greatly appreciated. The long simmered Pho soup looked and smelled absolutely delicious, with all the different elevated fresh flavors/ingredients. This is the first time my boyfriend has tried Pho, and he thoroughly enjoyed it.
We had a wonderful meal, great service, we will definitely be back fof more.

On a Saturday afternoon after work, I decided to treat my wife and myself to some pho. I visited their website, reviewed their menu, and called just after noon to place my order. I ordered one Beef Pho and one Beef Satay Pho. They informed me that it would be ready in 10-15 minutes, which was perfect since I still needed to drive there.
Upon arriving, I was greeted by a friendly gentleman at the front. He inquired about my day and my plans for the rest of the day. He also offered me a glass of water while I waited, which I appreciated.
The food was carefully packed in cardboard boxes for easy transportation. However, I noticed that the prices on the menu online didn’t match the prices I paid. I think it was slightly more expensive than I had anticipated, but it wasn’t too far off. Perhaps the prices should be updated on the website.
Trying the pho at home, I thoroughly enjoyed it. The beef satay had the perfect amount of spice for me, and I added the peanut sauce, which I love. The bean sprouts and herbs were fresh and flavorful. My wife’s regular pho was also tasty, with a hard-to-describe, almost sweet and nutty taste that was pleasant.
Overall, I had a great experience with the pho and would likely return in the future.

Little Saigon Bistro is an absolute treasure! The food is outstanding, with flavors so bold and rich they’ll have your taste buds writing thank-you notes. I tried the Bun Bo Hue for the first time, and let’s just say it won’t be the last—I may or may not have already cleared space in my calendar for future visits. The service is top-notch, with a team so friendly and welcoming they might make you feel like a VIP.
And the price-to-portion ratio? Phenomenal. You get so much for what you pay, it feels like you’re getting a steal (legally, of course). I can’t wait to return and work my way through the rest of their menu. Highly recommend this gem!

Great prices. Delicious food generous portions. It’s not a fancy looking place And the service is not what you would call traditionally friendly which is a good indicator for the food. Service is polite but they will not be fawning over you to make sure everything is okay. They don’t need to because the food is delicious

One of the best hidden gems in town! We tried out little Saigon on a whim and it has definitely become our new favorite place! The shrimp salad rolls were the best I’ve had hands down. We also ordered the satay beef pho and the deluxe vermicelli bowl – both were amazing. Everything was so fresh!! The service was also perfect! Can’t wait to go back

Great as my first experience eating Vietnamese subs and the soup was very flavorful I really like it I will come back in the future and also to me was a good deal since it was around $15 for a combo including a pop.

Started in on dumplings before picture . Tasty sauce/vinegar with it. Next the Delux Rice Vermicceli. Looked great, tasted awesome. Green tea with it. Yummy.

Feels like home. I love the variety of dishes from Viet Nam (and beyond!), with my favourite meal being their Mì Quảng. This dish is hard to find in Calgary and I’m very grateful they offer it – it’s become my comfort meal ever since I first visited this restaurant.

I have no idea why this place has such good reviews. The portion sizes are tiny. I ordered a large #1, costing $16.50 before tax, and the takeout bowl was not even filled half way (look at the pictures).
How do you justify charging $16.50 for half a bowl of noodles? You can’t expect to survive by cheating your customers.
