I get a Baja taco almost every day and it has been consistent every single time delicious the perfect amount of hanging Iness with their mango salsa. And it’s so affordable compared to other things On Maui I really like knowing that there’s something on the menu that is so easy to order and I get really fast and it fills me up. Nico and Nino work together to make orders come out fast and they’re always super nice. They really helpful with the people and they make you feel special even though it’s a pink taco truck. It’s amazing how they make you feel like family when you come to eat there.

Got the nachos and added brisket to it. I noticed I didn’t get any guacamole with my nachos even though it says it comes with it, disappointing . Not bad, but definitely not the best nachos I’ve had on Maui, lacks flavor. The queso taste like artificial cheese imo.

Awesome food. Highly recommend. Check out menu and pictures below. BYOB or pickup one at the gas station next door. Plenty of food trucks to choose from in the food truck park.

We were genuinely excited to try the Brisket Bowl at The Little Pink Taco after seeing so many great reviews — but unfortunately, it was a major letdown.

The brisket was overly fatty and lacked flavor, the beans were completely bland, and the rice was plain, sticky white rice with zero hint of seasoning or Mexican character. There was no depth, no spice, no balance — nothing that justified the price or the hype.

To make matters worse, we were first in line with no other customers waiting, yet it took nearly 15 minutes to assemble what ultimately felt like a thrown-together, low-effort bowl. For something so simple, the wait and the end result just didn’t match.

It’s especially disappointing given how many excellent food trucks are nearby. We had high expectations and ended up wishing we had chosen one of the other vendors instead. Sadly, this was not a meal we would recommend.

Atmosphere? It’s a food truck park… but it’s done right. Price? What isn’t expensive these days? Especially on the islands… suck it up and order the food already! It’s really good! The wife and I are big foodies and travel a lot. We split the surf and turf (brisket and shrimp) burrito and an order of pad thai from another vendor. Both were good, but this burrito? Bangin’. It’s quality. You can taste the freshness of the ingredients and how the flavors all worked together. This burrito had me hooked so much that I bought another one to take home with us… something I rarely do unless I really like it. I will be visiting this place weekly and the young lady taking my order was really cool as we talked over some other places to try as well.

This truck is great! Friendly staff, ive tried a bunch of different things, bowls, tacos, burritos. Really fresh ingredients. Decent price as well for the portion sizes. Two tacos will fill you after a long day of scuba diving! Highly recommend them. not to mention Rico, Azul, Nino. Best manager Esther!

Cute little food truck in a cute food truck park. A cute photo spot.

Fish tacos are some of my favorite food, so of course, I ordered the Mahi Taco. I was super disappointed, as I had heard great things about this food truck. Dry and little flavor. Super small portion for what one taco costs. Maybe their other food is good, but I would not recommend the Mahi Taco.

I don’t know man, seems like this place goes a little more downhill every time I eat here and after last night I won’t bother trying again. When they first opened they had this really great corn queso dip that for some reason they stopped making, it was the main reason I went. But their nachos were good so I continued to eat there. Last night though, for some reason, even though the menu makes no mention of it, my nachos came out covered in sauteed onions and green peppers. I found this to be really gross because I hate green peppers and not a fan of sauteed onions. Had I known that nachos now came with sauteed green peppers and onions I would have asked to leave them off. Again, the menu does not list this as an item nachos come with. The thing that really made me mad (to the point I wrote the review) was that there was no cheese on my nachos. They put maybe a tablespoon of queso over one chip. Then I had a basket of dry chips with sauteed onions and green peppers, and the typical sad amount of guacamole. The pico was lacking as well. The only thing not lacking was green peppers. After picking off the disgusting green peppers and most of the onions I had maybe four chips with toppings and then a big dry basket of tortilla chips for $19 with the tip.
