My go-to pho spot!
Can’t believe it’s taken me this long to write a review considering the amount of times I come here. Their beef pho combo is hands down the best pho I’ve ever had. It comes with veggie spring rolls and a delicious peach tea drink with real peaches inside. You can tell how much effort and care they put into their customer service and food, I love it here! Very laid back spot perfect for some delicious food and catching up with friends or family, and their menu is fairly priced too.
Naomi and Ann are absolutely wonderful, top-notch service, genuinely attentive, and extremely kind!

First time dining here and came as a group of 2 for lunch. Service was prompt, and the food didn’t take long to be prepared. Had the ‘Make Your Own Vermicelli’ ($17.75) with grilled pork, spring roll, and grilled chicken. Friend had the same, but swapped the grilled pork for their pork patty. Reasonable price, and they certainly don’t skimp on the vermicelli! The meat was tender and flavourful. A very filling lunch!
The interior is fairly modern and clean. Ample parking within the Marine Way Market complex. Not in the area often, but would recommend and would come again!

Really enjoyed eating here. The food tasted fresh and had a lot of flavor, and everything came out pretty quickly. The staff were very friendly and attentive which made the experience even better. The place has a nice cozy vibe and feels really welcoming. I’d definitely recommend it and would come back again.

Visited this restaurant with work colleagues to try some Vietnamese food. The food was perfect. Everytime tasted very fresh and warm. Nice atmosphere as well! Was impressed how big the restaurant is inside and how modern and clean it looks! As for the prices you can’t beat them. Fresh food + fair prices = perfection. The downside was our waitress, she wasn’t very accommodating which I found strange. I got the combo menu but was too full to finish my dessert and asked for a box to which they said no because the dessert was in a small jar container… very bizarre. Also their English wasn’t great so my friend had to double check her order to make sure there was no dairy in any of the dishes as the waitress didn’t understand.

The spring roll is definitely a must have. It’s light and crispy, without feeling greasy. The crunch is just right, without scraping the roof of your mouth raw.
Also ordered the bun no hue. The portion is decent, and the price reasonable. The meat is tender, and you get quite a few slices given the price. But sadly the broth itself isn’t as flavourful as some of other restaurants.
Restaurant was quite busy during the lunch hour, 85% of the tables were filled. Order arrived quickly despite being so busy, but sadly you’re left on your own until you’re ready for the bill.

Absolutely amazing experience at Little Minh’s Kitchen. The food was incredible and full of flavor, especially the vegetarian soup paired with the vegetarian spring rolls — so comforting, fresh, and delicious. Everything tasted perfectly seasoned and thoughtfully made. The service was fast, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made the whole experience even better. You can really feel the care put into both the food and the atmosphere. Highly recommend, especially for vegetarians looking for something flavorful and satisfying.

Exceptional service!! This place is very family-friendly. Without asking they bring extra bowls, scissors, and cutlery for your Littles, a bubble-tea sealed cup with water + straw, and a free yummy dessert for them! The place is what you expect for a noodle restaurant in terms of atmosphere and flavor! This is my second time here, but I will be back when I’m in this neighborhood. Great place

Tried the combo noodle and rice and both were so worth it! Got the rare beef and beef balls. Got the sate and it was good too! Spring rolls are nice and crispy. Dessert was delicious and creamy. Definitely recommend as a hidden gem.

I have eaten here many times and tried different dishes. My go to is their bun bo hue because it is served without pork blood. It is very satisfying. I like the Minh’s Roll as well. I also enjoy how easy parking is, and how relatively quiet and comfortable this restaurant is.
