Went here at random after a week of being on the road and hardly ever getting a decent meal. Fiance and I both got the bleu cheese burger, she had the idea to get a side of the blueberry bbq sauce to put on the burger as well. It was a great combo. Burgers were cooked perfectly, even my fiances well done burger was still nice and moist. The pickled onions that came with them were a nice touch, however the house made pickles were lacking. I think they just needed to marinate more.
We also got the cheesecurds. A lot of them were exploded, but still retained most of the cheese. Their house made ranch that came with it was pretty tasty. It was also supposed to come with Sriracha ketchup, but I think someone grabbed the wrong thing because I got hot honey instead. Tried it with the cheesecurds and turned out to be surprisingly good. We will definitely be coming back here while we are in the area.

Excellent wings and I’m from where the wings were born salad was awesome fresh blue cheese dressing was top notch we are playing at the rustic pine three times can’t wait to play again and have more of JD’S food

If you are coming thru Debois it’s a must stop! I have very picky 2 kids under 10 and 3 teenager boys with me. They all cleaned their plates. Maple bacon was unbelievable! They all stated that the burgers are better than In n Out in California. The blueberry pulled pork was out of this world. And JD himself was very accommodating with one of the younger kids. He makes every thing from scratch. Again it’s a must!

It didn’t look promising, a few tables in the back of a bar, next to a big dance floor. Ordered burgers and MAN were they good!!! Huge and so tasty. Hubby loved the pickled onions served alongside. Fries were hand cut. Slightly pricy but was worth what we paid, would eat here again.

Honestly one of the best meals we have had on a road trip! It is kinda tucked away. You have to walk through the bar (different establishment) to get to it but the food was amazing. We had the club and the blue burger and I am still dreaming about them.
