Second time here. The server lady was just not having it this evening, she didn’t care what you wanted or if you needed anything. Very unpleasant attitude, slow service and you could tell she just wanted for people to showing up as it was late in the evening. The wine in a glass was a disaster! Chardonnay at least a week opened i assume. Horrible. A tiny sip was taken, she never asked if there was anything wrong or even how we were doing for us to mention it.

We loved this little cafe! Our hotel (nearby) charges $11/person for a continental breakfast. At Little Margie’s we can get 2 (real…opposed to powdered) eggs, a form of meat (bacon, ham, or sausage), potato (or grits), and biscuit (or toast). All for under $10.

A Gem of a hole in the wall type place, perfect budget friendly breakfast/lunch (see pics for Dec 2022 menu)

Dinner time on the beach means most of the popular spots will be on a 1-2hr wait. We were able to be seated right away on Little Margie’s small patio space (dog-friendly!). This family-owned, “hole-in-the-wall”, offers friendly & quick service. Prices are somewhat high for the quality of food (for example, $14.29 for 1/2lb of steamed unseasoned shrimp with no sides ) but honestly that should be expected for eating in close proximity to the beach. The food wasn’t anything to rave about but the crab legs were perfectly steamed & tasty ($33 for 1lb). Overall the food was average but the service was good. Sometimes when you’re hungry & on vacation looking for a quick bite, average is good enough!

Not a good experience. This is a picture of spring rolls, burnt to a crisp. I can’t believe they actually sat this food down in front of a customer and expected them to eat it and pay for it. We complained and the waitress said, oh those are burnt would you like another order? We said no and we’re not paying for those. There was no boiled egg for the salad. The waitress said we ran out of eggs. It also took 45 minutes to get a salad, burnt spring rolls and fries and they weren’t busy. Don’t know what was happening today but we won’t be going back.

Our server, Dan was very friendly but seemed to be the only one walking around to take care of the guests. If you have a party of over 2-3 I would not come. Prices were average for what’s on the menu and other places make it MUCH better. Had to wait over 35-45 mins for our food and it was not busy. Half of our orders were salads. As someone who works in a restaurant if it took that long, at minimum the owner or manager would have came to apologize. 2 of the servers (one of which was the owner) stayed behind the counter staring at the computer together for the entire time we were here except one time to greet someone who is a regular. We were all really disappointed. Normally places like this are the best but this was awful. They repeatedly have 12 violations of the health code so probably not the best choice. Also it is incredibly hot and cramped inside

Incredibly slow service on a not busy day. Pancit had too much soy sauce on it and that is all I could taste. Could also use more broccoli and cabbage. Fish tacos, chicken adobe, black beans and rice were delicious! Fun local spot with great outdoor seating.
