LKH is the definition of an old-time neighborhood bar and restaurant—the kind you wish still existed everywhere. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated like a regular, even if it’s your first visit. The friendliness here is genuine, not forced, and it sets the tone for a truly special experience.
The food is exceptional—comforting, generous, and made with care. Every dish tastes like it was prepared the right way, no shortcuts, just quality ingredients and pride in the work, thank you Bryan!!! The burgers and fry’s were phenomenal, perfectly cooked! Portions are hearty, prices are more than fair, and you actually leave feeling like you got a great value.
The staff is incredible: warm, attentive, and happy to chat, remember your name, or make a recommendation. It feels less like a business and more like a gathering place where people still believe in good service, good food, and treating folks right. Thank you Jasmine and Dave for welcoming a couple strangers on a rainy, gloomy night. Along with Chef Bryan you brought some sunshine into long weeks of unpacking! So glad we ran out of food to eat at home and decided to check out LKH!

The perch dinner was one of the best I have ever! Perch was big, juicy and thick. Coleslaw was fantastic to! Stop in on Fridays you won’t be disappointed.

I like this place. Good food, good drinks. Relaxed atmosphere like a good old dive bar. I notice a lot of bikes go there. I’m sure it makes for a good stop while out for a nice ride in the country on your bike. Love the Winnebago collection. Lol

Stopped by chance, had the ribeye sandwich, it was very good, bloody marys were good, service was good despite the unexpected large group that just came in b4 us. I will stop again when I am in the area!

Stopped in on Friday night, limited menu even if not busy was told the cook wouldn’t cook it, got the baked Cod, seasoned was better then the Parmasan,which should not be on fish in my opinion. It also came out luke warm. The cauliflower bites the breading kept coming off when I tried to dip it in sauce, so I used a fork to eat it. The bartender was great.

We went here to try their fish fry, we ate the bluegill special ,it was super. Great outdoor deck very rustic antique all a round. Reminded me of Myrtle beach without the ocean. Very good service, super waitress. A real sleeper ,we will be back soon
